How long and how many times is a company called a startup?

All hijacked/custodianship shells are for insiders enrichment. There has never been a hijacked Zombie ticker that was turned into a successful real business.

The website was recently created and there isn't any specific information the company - I didn't see where the management was named.

The Form 10 was filed on 02/08/2024 - it should be deemed effective 04/08/2024. If it isn't there is a problem.

He has had plenty of problems. He is in control via EROP Enterprises LLC and Vince Sbarra thanks to you pointing out Paul T. Mannion, and it was easy connecting Mannion and Sbarra.

Add in Currier - plus Mills who is a Prohibited Service Provider on the OTCM. Mills got in trouble from being the securities counsel for all of the SSM Monopoly - which was controlled by Cooley.

Out of around 10 zombie tickers that SSM gained custodianship all have failed and now TNBI is circling the drain.

TNBI will never do anything except enrich the insiders.

The company can't issue new stock by filing a Form 10. That would require a Registration Statement such as a S-1 etc.

The Form 10 is supposed to be effective after 60 days. If it isn't deemed effective after 60 days then there is a problem.

When filing a S-1 the company must pass comments - on a Form 10 the SEC comments can still be asked after it is effective. So look at the date it was filed and add 60 days and you will know there is a problem.

TNBI is a Shell that was hijacked by SSM Monopoly and they did around 10 shells and they have all failed.

Tom Stein was named President of Bhang on May 29, 2019 and was replaced as President on Oct. 28, 2019.
