SUN Sports & Entertainment, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: SUNR) Founder, Chairman and CEO CJ Comu officially announced his retirement today. Mr. Comu helped build an aggressive path in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) with the creation of SUN's brands, "Art of War" and "Mano-a-Mano."

CJ Comu has been an industry leader in MMA bringing an enormous amount of color and character into the live events produced by SUN. Comu stated, "The fight business is a great business and one that I have thoroughly enjoyed for many years. I have the highest level of respect for the professional fighters that have entered the Cage and seen their growth into world caliber champions and celebrities. I look forward to watching SUN rise and get bigger and brighter in the future. This was a difficult decision, but I feel it's time after three solid non-stop years and a chance to tend to some personal matters long overdue."

Clyde Gentry, President of SUN who will now assume the responsibility as Chairman, stated, "CJ has made tremendous sacrifices for SUN, both personally and financially, and his work ethic has been second to none.
