As per my shared message from Adam a while back, sounds like a rebuild period. All good.

I haven’t heard anything about fins but not expecting tremendous growth until new products get some deals with sales I think this will be a rebuilding year and getting some new clients. Maybe that is happening. Adam usually updates at least yearly but that was in February. Maybe waiting for fins to come out

Any rumblings in the background?
My only guess is that while progressing with current plans, the 2023 financials are taking a bit longer than expected to file. A little unusual for Adam to be late. Any thoughts?

The annual filing for last year is in. The cash has dropped. 23 was a lot better than 22. We only had an average of 40,000 per month. Let’s see what Adam has up his sleeve.

Now isn’t the time to buy Bitcoin. 70,000 is a monster. I can remember the time I bought MSTR. I sold it and make a profit. Since MSTR bought bitcoin, it has skyrocketed. Adam might because he hasn’t dilute his company. Adam might have the cash. Last year when Bitcoin dropped, I could have bought MSTR for 200.00. It ended today at 1800.00 a share.

I think we should be hearing something very soon. Does anyone know anything new? Hopefully Adam can bring something solid to bring some interest. There should be so few shares left that it should really move fast. Just need something to light that fire.

I think I changed user name here a while back. Don't post much anyway. I have owned OMID shares for several years now. I can't even remember when/why I got into them. Averaged down a bit here and there. Have emailed Adam a few times. Not always responsive (no surprise), but when he does reply, it's usually just with some plain talking update, like I posted. No big secrets, no nonsense. Just plans and good intentions.

2024 rebuilding and hopefully a good launch year I think the packets will take off. I don’t know their lotion business but it sounds like a good customer base and maybe a branded company would pick up a lot of orders. Good luck to omid.

We have been focused on expanding our powder packet product line with d9 thc and cbd as both an in-house branded product and for third parties.

Lately, have continued our efforts to obtain new private label customers. We are also planning for a re-launch of our most-loved product, the Naturally Peaked 1500mg hemp lotion. We have regularly received extremely positive feedback for the lotion from customers suffering from all sorts of pain due to arthritis, scoliosis, and more general pain in the shoulders, wrists, ankles, back, knees, etc. We feel it is about time that we properly capitalize on our most successful product formulation with enthusiastically positive feedback and we are excited about it!

The financials for 2023 are being prepared and we expect the report to be completed within the required timeline, with the report due by the end of March. 2023 was a very difficult year for us due to the apparent funding issues of our primary private label customer over the past several years - a customer who we provided with 50+ SKUs of products. Our efforts have therefore been heavily focused on exploring various new opportunities, we hope to have additional updates for you and all the shareholders soon.

On 1/21/24 I posted this about Adam messaging on X (Twitter). It said “Exciting Times”. This might be what you needed to hear Adam.

I know the float and if someone else has 10 million shares I’m not worried she’s tight I’m going to wait and see what new contracts and products the boys are going to get. I just thought we would hear a yearly briefing at the beginning of February like in the past but didn’t happen. I think this will be a reset year and up from here.
