If I was in the US I’d be taking advantage of the Canadian holiday tomorrow and loading up. When we get our news bukake in July this will leave the teens forever on its way to $1. All IMO only of course.

I'm in your corner as to what is happening here and one thing I know for sure is that lots of shyt can happen to delay this. Temper expectations and expect pitfalls and keep 'ur fingers crossed that the Japanese love this. The urgent order sounds like it could pave the way for smoothing out the wrinkles that occur trying to do it all legal. We should get some kind of report back from Japanese consumers when we hit shelves.

Beverage, I love the idea and it came right out of left field as another little surprise in our management's arsenal. They sound serious as I have heard that they have a bottling line and they did crack one open on one promo that I saw.

All of my other cannabinoid beverage investments have experienced delays in getting to shelves with the exception of Tinley in California. Tinley's is available in Cali and is either doing really well or they are having production or delivery problems. Shareholders are tiring of the declining shareprice over these issues.

Beverages comes with more issues to get it on shelves but I have invested in a few companies working on this. Neutrisci also has the Cryopharm powder pack beverage which is easy to pack and handle and has an award if I remember correctly.

Lol it’s crazy to me! We have decent volume on Canadian side . Waiting on much bigger news of initial big order shipped (that was multi million dollar order) as well as other news Washington thc tabs and a beverage deal with 2 500k unit POs. This company is severely undervalued and coiled, but especially so on US side . When this one wakes up and gets the volume it deserves it’ll be many times higher than here IMO

That is why most of my posts have been on the V.NU Canadian side. Clearly we have morphed into a US company with International ambitions but can't seem to excite US investors to break bad and invest or even post about it. NU has a survival rate of 10 years which is something with their old Neuenergy product. It didn't seem to make it but we have new interests with cbd and thc infused blueberry??? products that use our science and know-how for a piece of the action. There are some very nice looking product lines for viewing at Tabletz.CBD and Cryopharm and lots of talk about deals and retailers and such but they seem just out of reach of reality and access to consumers.

I got in early and bottomfed on some cheap shares later to average down because I still think this could happen based on the pedigree of the partners. If we get some renumeration for our magic know-how and ingredients that is a good thing. How much we get is another thing altogether but our investment in these latest developments is minimal, I think!

I don't think there are any 200 baggers left but I can see our good looking skus getting us a 10 or 20 bagger from here. Maybe more with US triggering events! glta and dyodd

I cannot believe the low to non existent volume here. Make sure your carry on luggage is securely stowed under your seat. I wish I could buy the US ticker through my app. When your volume finds this under the radar puppy things are going to get interesting

No this is great for us! We were approved back in the summer! All we are waiting on is the i port classification. It’s not an “approval process” as product already approved. It’s coming “imminently” as per yesterday’s news .

The Japanese health ministry has put the application process for the importation of any new products on hold for the foreseeable future and halted the approval of new CBD products into the Japanese marketplace.

Yea what got my attention here aside from the products and story was that it reminds me of another play im in !PTK. They dont have a huge following and dont have all the pnd chaos and hype on the boards...take a look there...they havent put out news in 4 years but 8ks show they are working with billion $ airlines...eventually the market will find that one. I think o forgot something in my other reply to you. The potential of consumers like product is far more than “fairly decent revenues “. Let’s just pick 1000 stores. The deal is 3 skus/products each with 3 flavours. There’s a 3 tab stick, a 7 tab stick, and a 35 tab bulk buy ( msrp is $8 for the 3 pack, $16 for the 7 pack , and I can only guess as not released yet $20-$30 for the bulk?). I’d imagine we should see close to 50%? So let’s say even slower sales at each location of 5 sticks of each size and a bulk buy every week. That’s approx $75/week per location so $75k a week per 1000 locations. That = $900k per Q per 1000 stores. That equals $41,400,000 if all 46k stores are selling .This is only one deal for one product in one country . Just tabletz is already speaking of add on countries and add on products. They combined have 30 years in japan with some products doing over $100m /a year and we are first to market with a very disruptive product. Exact dosing , fast onset, long half-life. Even if my numbers are off there’s a ton of room for error there lol. Then we still have thc tabs in California and soon Washington plus our manufacturing partner cryopharm also pays us for our ingredients and IP for their own products (marbie melts and kali juice) as well as royalties based on sales.

That’s a great question!!! Let’s start by saying I’d love to see that because the order would have to be massive. However , if it was up to me, I’d never start with all of them for the simple reason I’d have zero idea of how many to order. Running out of product in a store is almost worse than ordering more than you expected to sell. No I would start with 1000-10,000 stores depending on how deep my pockets were (tabletz is it’s own company that are buying the product off of us . Called a white label deal). Regardless there’s so much potential here that even a smaller order for sample size stores to start is great news for us. Also the last NR (or one before) mentioned 711 as one of the retailers it would go into. Japan has the dubious distinction of having the most 711 locations in the world (more than the US even). Out of 67,480 worldwide locations, 20700 are in japan (about 31 %). 711 is very corporate focussed. I don’t see them putting them into 10 stores lol even to start. Better yet, what works in 711 japan works 711 anywhere so those japan locations (however many they number) leads to legitimacy for 711s worldwide (as well as so many other chains). We also have a history with 711. At one point we had corporate deal with 711 North America for Neuenergy. Yes the sales were bad but that was due to marketing or lack thereof (the product as amazing as it is is still very unknown ). This is something easily fixed with revenues coming in from japan deal and Cali/Washington tabs). We will have a new batch of Neuenegy (I use it almost daily and swear by it) in the new year for retail shelves. Basically we’re on the ground floor of what could one day be a household name with multiple products in multiple markets about to be realized.

Back to japan. Sample order was $37.5 k. I’ve been involved in a few private startups. I’ve never seen anyone spend more than between 1-10% of initial orders on a sample order. The sample order was $37,5k. That tells me regardless how many stores they start with the order should fall between $375k-$3.75 million. Except AFTER the sample order was shipped and received an NR mentioned there was already talk of “doubling initial order” and that was before adding the third sku which is the 35 tab bulk buy. Having said all that I expect our initial order could fall anywhere between $$750k to $7.5 million or more. The thing is any of those numbers are amazing for us lol. I’ve drawn many roadmaps to $1 and beyond pps. This is by far my favourite holding. I’m up well over 100% with a life changing number of shares and I have yet to sell any shares so I’ve parked my money where my mouth is. Best of luck to us all in all our investment decisions!
