NRPR equity market capitalization only $700,000 (at a share price of 0.05)... IMO at half that level the stock would be a speculative Buy (even without financial statements)... A higher valuation may be quite reasonable at this time but I would need to see financial statements before making any conclusion to purchase the stock at the current price...

I will request updates quarterly from the Company CEO to see when milestones are reached in the future...

Best of luck.

Summary of recent email communication with Godfrey Yew (President) on 02/09/08...

1) Independent auditor has completed audit of 2006 and 2005 Annual Financial Statements.

2) Independent auditor is working on audit of 2007 Annual Financial Statements.

3) Company is working with an attorney to complete a 10-SB filing to become Fully Reporting to the SEC.

4) Company production facility is operating at 80% of capacity.

5) Production operating capacity is 1.5 metric tons per hour.

6) Company hopes to be USDA certified by June 2008.

CAUTION: I would note that these types of actions to become fully reporting almost always take significantly longer than anticipated especially for microcap companies with limited funds available...

Best of luck.

NRPR new low of $0.05 today on heavy volume of 190K shares...

See my posting #9 below dated 12/11/07 predicting this outcome...

The trading today appeared to be concentrated in a 1 hour timeframe (from 2:00-3:00pm) indicating in all likelihood one seller who is either an insider or who was paid for services in stock in 2007...

At some point in the future I believe this stock will represent an attractive risk/reward opportunity... However the trading and price action today suggest we are not at that point yet...

I will post some additional information on the message board in the near future from my communications with the President (Godfrey Yew) who IMO seems legitimate and a person of integrity...

Best of luck.

Why is NRPR stock dropping so sharply? Answer...

I was intrigued by the positive press releases issued by the Company, and recently obtained financial statements (which are not currently publicly posted but are available on request to the Company) to try to figure out why the stock price is plummeting... This is what I found which may explain the matter...

On January 3rd 2006, the Company executed a 1:12 reverse stock split... Always a red flag and recipe for disaster UNLESS simultaneous with an uplisting off the Pink Sheets to a higher exchange such as the OTC-BB or the AMEX... The reverse split reduced the shares outstanding to only 1.2 million...

Later in 2006, the Company issued $6.7 million in "Employee Compensation paid with Stock" plus an additional $1.1 million in "Consulting Expenses paid with Stock"... This in a year in which total revenues were only $0.5 million...

I strongly suspect that holders of the "Consulting Expenses paid with Stock" are currently selling the stock now that the restricted period has likely expired... And with a tiny float the market cannot absorb the selling pressure which therefore accelerates as the price spirals downward...

The stock has dropped from a 1-Year high of $2.10 to a new low today of $0.20... How low can the stock go in the near term? History would suggest a bottom in the area of $0.05-0.10 would be reasonable... Keep a close watch to see if we reach those levels in the next several weeks... Then re-evaluate the situation...

Best of luck.

NRPR hit a new low of 0.09 on 01/25/2008... As I indicated as likely in my posting below dated 12/11/2007...

Still likely we have not seen the ultimate lows...

At some point however I think the stock will become a Buy...

ricktabob -- To clarify my commentary...

IMO management and the Company ARE LEGITIMATE and I do believe the press releases are accurate and true... I have communicated with the CEO Godfrey Yew on several occasions and IMO he appears to be honest and hard working and seems to have a good strategic business plan... I believe in the long term success of the Company....

HOWEVER...

IMO the CEO has been naive in certain financial matters (such as engaging in a reverse split which was not simultaneous with audited financials and an uplisting to a higher exchange off the Pink Sheets)... I also have several key questions which I need to have answered relating to what appears to be excessive stock based compensation... And what to expect in 2007 and future years relating to employee and consultant stock based compensation as well based on the extraordinarily high levels in 2006 and more moderate levels in 2005...

Hope to see you posting in the future on this message board and please feel free to provide any comments you may have, or to ask any additional questions...

Consider giving the NRPR message board a bookmark if you find the Company potential interesting...

Best of luck.

NRPR 11/27/07 : NPRI Appoints Stauber as Distributor of Specialty O2P(TM) Powders

November 27, 2007 - 9:09 AM EST

Will Also Collaborate in Developing Unique Health-Specific Formulations Using the Patent Pending O2P Oil-to-Powder Process to Select Nutraceutical Product Marketing Companies

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NRPR), a leading developer and marketer of powdered nutritional ingredients, announced that it has appointed Fullerton, California-based Stauber Performance Ingredients, Inc., a leading provider of ingredients to nutraceutical, OTC, cosmetic and food manufacturers, as its distributor for NPRI’s specialty O2P™ Powders.

The agreement states that Stauber will serve as the lead distributor for specialty O2P powders and associated tolling services to nutraceutical and OTC marketers in the U.S. According to NPRI president, Godfrey Yew, “Stauber is one of the preeminent providers of specialty ingredients. With the addition of O2P Powders, they will now be able to offer their customers, and the end consumer, a range of bio-actives that were once only available in liquid or semi-solid form.”

Commenting on the agreement, Stauber president, Mr. Dan Stauber stated, “This is another strategic step in our efforts to offer our clients and the industry unique, value-building products. Having a unique family of bio-actives, powered by the O2P technology, will enable us to offer nutraceutical and OTC manufacturers the ability to incorporate the DHA, GLA, ALA or EPA found in many fatty acids or the anti-oxidant properties found in nutritional oils. In this way, they will now be able to offer unique, efficacious and patentable products, whether as a functional beverage, supplement or specialty food product.”

“Companies that were once limited to liquid softgels can eliminate concerns over BSE, stability or damage by migrating to a dry, two-piece hard capsule or tablet. Others can expand their product offerings with a parallel line of capsules, tablets or dry mix alternatives,” he added.

About NPRI:

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. (www.o2pus.com) provides a wide range of powdered oils for functional food, food supplement; pharmaceutical; cosmetic; pet food and animal feed applications.

The company is one of a select few to be awarded the prestigious Nutrition Business Journal "Product Merit Award" for its patent-pending O2P™ Powderization process. The firm currently offers more than 50 shelf-stable powders, as well as contract tolling services.

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. shares are currently traded in the United States on the "Pinksheets" under the symbol NRPR.PK.

NRPR 10/26/07 : Positive Fundamental Expectation for NRPR (Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research, Inc.)

October 26, 2007 - 8:31 AM EDT

With just 90 days to go until the close of our fiscal year it is a good time to take a look at where we are as of now and where we expect to be by year-end and into 2008.

Revenue:

2007 was a building year with results up modestly compared to the prior year. Prospects for next year and subsequent periods should be much improved.

Orders and shipments are both up significantly through the first 25 days of this quarter and we are beginning to see some positive, early returns with our strategic alliances in both the nutraceutical and functional food markets. We anticipate sales and net income to exceed our 2006 performance but at a slightly slower pace than originally forecast.

Strategic Alliances:

At the close of the 3rd quarter, we established two significant strategic alliances to broaden our presence in our core nutraceutical business, as well as accelerate our entry into the expanding functional foods market.

Partnering with a strong, well-established leader in specialty ingredients to nutraceutical, OTC, food marketing and cosmetic manufacturers, NPRI has strengthened our presence among the country’s top 100 nutraceutical product marketing and contract manufacturing firms.

Similarly, an alliance with one of the leading Tier 1 suppliers to the food and confectionary industries will enable us to gain immediate access to food giants.

Earlier in September, we announced our collaboration with Baylor University’s Institute of Metabolic Disease University on the development of a unique medium-odd chain fatty acid formulation for the reduction of muscle weakness and degeneration. Researchers at Baylor are excited about our O2P technology and how it has been instrumental in accelerating clinical trials and in expanding the potential health benefits of their proposed therapy.

Product News:

At the close of the 2nd quarter, we have begun to realize the commercialization of our long-anticipated high concentrate omega-3 powder. This powder contains a significantly higher dosage of DHA compared to other omega-3s which many food and nutraceutical companies are requiring as they expand their omega-3 product portfolios.

We have also begun to market unique combinations of omega-3 oils and other free-fatty acids with functional carrier matrices to commercial bakers and snack food manufacturers combining omega-3 oil with fiber or omega-3 oil with protein, merging the health benefits of omega-3 with known benefits of fiber or protein.

Specialty allergen-free proteins with cocoa powder are being promoted to the meal replacement and powdered drink manufacturers.

Facility Update:

In October 2006, we relocated our headquarters and manufacturing plant, moving into a 32,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art food-grade facility. Early in 2007, we completed consolidation of administration and manufacturing services and received Halal (IFANCA), Kosher (Circle K) and USDA certification. The company is continuing to pursue GMP certification which we anticipate yet this year or early 2008.

Summary:

Where 2007 was initially perceived as a year of confirmation and consolidation, it would appear that it could also indicate the start of a significant acceptance of and reliance upon the O2P technology particularly in functional food applications, and the start of a breakout in sales, market growth and product innovation.

We have a proven, proprietary technology, produced in a world-class facility that will meet or exceed current industry requirements for quality, reliability and safety, with a sales infrastructure in the key economies of Europe, Asia and North America, and an expanding client base that includes many familiar food marketing and consumer brand names known worldwide.

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research (Pink Sheets: NRPR) has proprietary research and technology for converting oils to powders without altering the molecular structure of the oil in the powder state with existing sales in both domestic and international markets.

NRPR 10/01/07 : NPRI Receives Halal Certification for Family of O2P Powders

October 1, 2007 - 9:14 AM EDT

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. (Pink Sheets: NRPR), a leading developer and marketer of powdered nutritional ingredients, announces it has received Halal certification for the company’s O2P™ family of oil powders.

Halal is an Arabic word meaning lawful or permitted. Halal certification ensures that the products are safe and follow acceptable Islamic definitions for safe (halal) vs. unlawful or prohibited (haram).

According to NPRI president and CEO, Godfrey Yew, “Achieving Halal certification is critical to the future growth of our firm. Halal certification is further proof of our commitment to providing the highest quality, purity and consistency in our O2P powdered oils to the food and nutraceutical industries.”

Certification was provided by the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA), the leading Halal food certification organization in North America.

Copies of the certifications are on file and available upon request.

About NRPR:

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. (www.o2pus.com) provides a wide range of powdered oils for functional food, food supplement; pharmaceutical; cosmetic; pet food and animal feed applications.

The company is one of a select few to be awarded the prestigious Nutrition Business Journal "Product Merit Award" for its patent-pending O2P™ Powderization process. At the heart of its oil powders is the O2P™ Oil-to-Powder technology. This patent-pending process converts most edible oils, gels or pastes into a free-flowing powder without affecting the isomeric structure, fatty acid profile, color, taste or aroma of the base oil. O2P™ does not rely on traditional techniques that utilize extremes in heat or cold, micro-encapsulation or nano technology. This facilitates food marketing and supplement producers' ability to create functional foods and nutraceuticals by adding anti-oxidants, specific EFAs, or other fatty acids such as EPA, GLA, DHA, and CLA to assist in maintaining specific health issues.

The company currently offers more than 50 shelf-stable powders. The company can also apply O2P™ technology to a third-party's oil, paste or gel through an arrangement called tolling. Based in Las Vegas, the company has representative sales offices near Chicago, Amsterdam, Guatemala City and Bangkok.

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. shares are currently traded in the United States on the "Pinksheets" under the symbol NRPR.PK.

NRPR 09/24/07 : NPRI Receives Kosher Certification for Family of O2P Powders

September 24, 2007 - 9:09 AM EDT

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. (Pink Sheets: NRPR), a leading developer and marketer of powdered nutritional ingredients, announces it has again received renewal of its Kosher certification for the company’s O2P™ family of oil powders.

Kosher certification guarantees that both the ingredients and manufacturing equipment used to produce O2P™ Powders meet the stringent requirements of “Kashrus” or Jewish dietary laws.

According to NPRI president and CEO, Godfrey Yew, “Maintaining our Kosher certification is important for the present and future growth of our company. Kosher certification is further proof of our commitment to providing the highest quality, purity and consistency in our O2P powdered oils to the food and nutraceutical industries.”

Certification was provided by OK Kosher Certification, whose “OK” is among the world’s most respected kosher symbols, establishing the standards for kosher in the United States, Europe and the Orient.

Copies of the certifications are on file and available upon request.

NRPR 09/18/07 : NPRI Collaborates with Baylor University

September 18, 2007 - 4:07 PM EDT

O2P™ Technology to Support Clinical Research Study with the Institute of Metabolic Disease

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NRPR) announced today that it has been selected to collaborate on the development of a dry formulation for Triheptanoin by Dr. Charles Roe, Medical Director of the Institute of Metabolic Disease at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas. Triheptanoin is a unique medium-odd chain triglyceride that has provided significant benefit to many patients with inherited biochemical disorders. Clinical features of these disorders can include muscle weakness, pain and breakdown of muscle tissue (rhabdomyolysis), and cardiomyopathy (disease of the heart muscle) all resulting from the lack of proper energy production within the cells.

Working closely with the Institute of Metabolic Disease, NRPR will utilize its patent-pending O2P™ process to partner with Dr. Roe’s investigative staff to produce an exact duplication of this compound’s beneficial metabolic effects, only in a dry powder form. "NRPR is pleased to be helping the Institute in the development of an alternative delivery form for its formulation. In a relatively short period of time, we have been able to produce a dry form with the same metabolic characteristics as the original liquid formula,” stated Godfrey Yew, president and CEO of NRPR.

According to lead researcher, Dr. Charles Roe, Medical and Clinical Investigation Director of the Institute of Metabolic Disease, “We have found that the O2P process is perfectly suited for extending our existing treatment for the restoration of energy production and improved cardiac and skeletal muscle function. The lack of heat and a controlled atmosphere eliminate oxidative effects while preserving the efficacy of triheptanoin in a water soluble dry powder form.” According to Dr. Roe, the powder form will be used for Phase II clinical studies.

About the Institute of Metabolic Disease:

The Institute of Metabolic Disease (IMD) was established to diagnose and study inherited metabolic disease. Since its creation, the IMD has developed outstanding clinical, research and educational programs and is now recognized as a world-renowned research institute in metabolic disease specializing in the development of new and more effective treatment protocols for patients with inherited and acquired metabolic disorders.

NRPR - Moves to New Facility

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. (Pink Sheets: NRPR), a leading developer and marketer of powdered nutritional ingredients, announces that it is relocating its executive offices and operations facility to the Hughes Airport Center near the McCarran International Airport. The Company has outgrown its current 10,000 SF facility and needs additional space to meet the growth in demand of its products and for upgrades to its manufacturing operations. The new company address is 6780 Caballo St, Las Vegas, NV 89119. This new facility is approximately 31,000 SF. The Company will use 5,000 SF as offices. The balance will be used for a new state-of-the-art laboratory, production lines and warehouse space.

We will be adding an additional production line to the new facility, which will enable the Company to double its production output.

Godfrey Yew, the Company's President stated, "We strongly believed that this new facility will enable the Company to achieve three significant goals, (1) increase our production and warehouse space, (2) meet the facility requirements for a CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) certification, and (3) meet the facility requirements for a USDA facility certification. We believe these certifications are essential to grow our business because an increasing number of potential customers require these certifications."

The Company has experienced significant sales growth during 2006 and believes that this trend will continue. The new facility should enable the Company to elevate its manufacturing practices to a higher standard, which should permit us to sell our products to a broader base of customers.

About NPRI

Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. (www.o2pus.com) provides a wide range of powdered oils for functional food; food supplement; pharmaceutical; cosmetic; pet food and animal feed applications. The company is one of a select few to be awarded the prestigious Nutrition Business Journal "Product Merit Award" for its patent-pending O2P(TM) Powderization process. At the heart of its oil powders is the O2P(TM) Oil-to-Powder technology. This patent-pending process converts most edible oils, gels or pastes into a free-flowing powder without affecting the isomeric structure, fatty acid profile, color, taste or aroma of the base oil. O2P(TM) does not rely on traditional techniques that utilize extremes in heat or cold, or micro-encapsulation technology. The company can also apply O2P(TM) technology to a third-party's oil, paste or gel through an arrangement called tolling. Based in Las Vegas, the company has representative sales offices near Chicago, Amsterdam, Guatemala City and Bangkok. Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research Inc. shares are currently traded in the United States on the "Pink Sheets" under the symbol NRPR.PK.
