Judd is controlled by Brandon Dean according to the court docs. Did he apply under both names or something?

Today we're up 52% on just 51k shares traded. Great !

1M+ shares traded today. And big buys pushed up 44% before a miniscule trade late wiped it out. What is going on ? Hopefully something in the works.

T&D put out this statement that OTC companies that are not pink current by mid-August may get liquidated and at the least could no longer be bought.

"Critical to the Rule’s operation is issuer information that is current and publicly available."

“Current” means that the information is filed, published, verified, or as of a date in accordance with the time frames specified..."

NGMC 65340V103 Next Generation Management Corp. as of 6/30/2021.

This means the filings must be posted and up to date and attorney letter certifying the NGMC filings, will resolve this issue. IMO.

What are you waiting for NGMC?
