Ignore my question - just spoke with Piers, CEO of this company. He said they are going through a reorg. and will be announcing in a month or two or possibly sooner to his shareholders via PR. The company is planning to become OTC- SEC complaint in the near future.

What happened to NEIK...went to Expert Market status. I was hoping to see PINK full reporting and now TD-Ameritrade won't let us buy it anymore due to SEC rule restriction. Any clue on what this company would like going forward?

Sec rule says Pink limited info will not be delisted on 9/28/21. TD Ameritrade allowing buying of Pink limited information.

It seems there was a glitch in schwab trading platform, restrictions were removed for a while, so many people went shopping. They fixed it now, so new orders won’t be coming in. Hopefully they’ll become current.

I've been in this since 2010, back when they had the sonar submarine deal, this is going back down, unfortunately, It could be a good flip play for a while. The Doctor is out of the picture due to illness, and the Airplane deal is going nowhere, they don't have the money to make it happen. I sold today and I am glad I made $1000.00. and didn't lose any, the last run on 8/23 to 0.0182 I regretted not selling, but today I got a better price, I know I held for too long, but the Doctor was always giving positive statements and interviews about the outcome of the airplane deal. I believe if the Doctor didn't get ill the outcome would have been a lot better. I wish the best for the Doctor though.

My job has been to move the decimal point over to the left in terms of the worth of this investment. It has also been to put quotation marks around the last word of the last sentence. So far, this has been a very successful move in terms of job performance for me. Very consistent.

I'm doubting that anything will change, but if it does, there is a lot of movement to the right for the decimal point to take the worth of this away from the asymptote approaching zero.

This could quite possibly be the best news ever for the company, as far as Wilson's health, prayers abound. Please Cat, an update would be nice, you last spoke at the beginning of September about nice things for October 1st. It is now November 1st. Although NOTHING ever goes as planned in business, a message board post which started the excitement from you is not too much to ask. Thanks Kindly.

I'm sorry that Wilson is having medical issues but it shouldn't take too long to get a one person "management structure" in place to replace the existing complex one-person structure.

Would it be out of bounds to assume that you are introducing yourself as NEIK's next CEO/CFO/PR Director/Chief Negotiator/receptionist/file clerk/typist?

If so, congratulations! You have a tough act to follow to keep this company as the consistent powerhouse enterprise that it has been for years.

I hope all is well with you. I would like to introduce myself, I am a colleague of Wilson Russell’s and an investor in Northstar Electronics, and I understand that are as well. I am not sure if you are aware of it or not, but Wilson is seriously ill and has asked me to help out with things until a new management structure can be put in place. The expected time of that is Oct 01 2020 and while I can’t mention who they are, we anticipate that Northstar’s shareholders will be very pleased with the choice.

Things are still full steam ahead with the Raven Program though everything has been delayed. We will be having our first meeting with the Aerospace company selling/giving us the IP this week after things being on hold since late last fall. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions.
