Tha past 6 weeks everything is shaking on OTC, I closed already 10 poss, this is one of them. And I keep buying the three companys I am sure of they will not get into trouble on any level. I like this ticker and trust the product. But at this time I am not taking any risks. Maybe I get back in later. But now I just want to protect my investments and make money.

I too thought we had it going by today

One possibility is that it failed to get investors and is being withdrawn
Another possibility is that they can’t find investors and are stringing it out another week
Third possibility is that it’s happening to be announced at 9 am today
Fourth possibility. Is that ........


We know they need the money eh to build a factory and start producing the product

They have in most likely hood arranged or working on arrangement of deals with restaurants and food markets to sell the product after it gets

The F1 filings don't mention mttcf.
You should look into that.

Please call and find out more. From my dd I find out that is very unusual to have an ipo for an otc stock. Usually they just uplist.

I believe so. Since they are selling 28M worth of shares there will be more shares. Since their F1 filing value is recorded at 1.25 a share, we had 40% drop on Friday.
