Looking forward, will this thing trade this week, it is still showing here, most folks are not touching this stock currently, not until and if legally much better net revenues are produced. Two decades is a long time to have played with the shareholder’s who donated to what, still a very small two man company struggling to not have to close the IVDN doors. substantial doubt of IVDN remaining as a going concern. Yes, I know of what has been stated since then but, we have not yet seen any legal form reported to The Sec in quite some time of net figures, revenues after all expenses, when and if that takes place, only then, in this long two decade merry go round business, will I believe that the tide has really changed here, hoping for that time will come, but, with there being only approximately another six months to go of IVDN’s reporting year it will take a miracle to keep this company alive in it’s many a year of struggling situation. MOO. Everyone must do their own research to come up with their own decision making process.

IVDN is still Sec delinquent reporting, no legal proof that IVDN is in any better a two man business going concern situation than ever before.

Sales going WAY UP!!

Question: does anyone have any evidence that IVDN has ever had an annual shareholder meeting? You should receive an invitation to attend the meeting every year that you are a shareholder.

Pitcook asked the same question in post #4300 on February 10, 2023.

Can anyone provide me any evidence whatsoever that IVDN has ever had an annual shareholder meeting, as the law requires them to do?

So let's say IVDN's sales go up.

In the last 10-K they had about $500k of inventory in a warehouse. Let's assume that all of that inventory is housewrap and not raw material or cold weather gear. That's almost not certainly the case, but let's use the best case scenario here.

Let's say IVDN sells $500k of housewrap and empties its warehouse.

Then what? The company can't manufacture INSULTEX, it relies on a vendor to do that. What's the lead time on a new order? How much will the vendor charge IVDN for a new batch of product? What if the vendor simply says 'no?' They're overseas so it's not like IVDN has much legal leverage over them.

And more importantly: if IVDN sells its current inventory, will they have enough money to buy more, even if everything in the buying process DOES go right?

Sales doesn't increase stock price; profits do.

Right, "ProfitScout?"

The reason each of us invested our money in this stock is to achieve a profit on our investment.

Profit.

Granted, sales is a necessary precursor to profit, but increased sales without profit is not going to make a stock price move. Maybe if investors can see a path to profitability it can happen, but if a company says "hey, our QA machine is broken and we can't afford to fix it, and we need this certification in order to sell our product and we can't afford to get that certification," it's hard to see a path to profitability.

I completely agree with Berigud: Joe has driven this company to the ground and taken any hope of our profits with it. The ONLY way IVDN can POSSIBLY get out of this hole requires the company to have a new CEO. But the board doesn't appear to be willing to do that.

Brigid, It is what it has been for way too long and that is why the total amount of shareholder’s is still very low, not until and if things really change here will this stock become alive, talk, statements, and pictures have only moved this stock downward as readily seen here for a long time. I have been wrong for the last couple of years. Sales does not increase stock value. We have sales but the stock price remains very crappy. What does that tell all of you?

IHub reporting here another one of those heavier down trading selling days compared to the buying trading days. With the latest news plus all the statements that have come out within the last year, this stock is still not acknowledging any of it, it is still stating, by way of IVDN’s deeply fallen stock price of from $.40 to now it around current level of $.16 for a long time, what is really reality here, nothing else matters but what in the end of the line is a company’s stock price, that is, unless folks like to continually donate on a consistent basis. So far, for so long, who has right right here, It will be very interesting to see the next financial filing of what is reported financially to the SEC, that is if and when it is legally reported to The Sec, the non reporting sign is still up on the OTC IVDN Market Website.

It is April 12, 2024 and it still shows what most folks think here of the IVDN situation, news came out and today what happened, the stock went down, maybe some or someone figured sell into news knowing what may really become of that news in relation to revenues, not too much. berigud, if and when IVDN legalLy releases it’s next financial release will tell if or if not this company is starting to show much better revenues coming in, and if not, I believe we will see another deeper drop in this company’s stock price. It states in this company’s OTC Market IVDN’s Website that this company, under the Going Concern Section, and yes I know that company’s have to put that in to cover themselves but in this case it has real meaning, mat not be able to keep their doors open after their business year of October 31, 2024 ends if they do not have enough real revenues coming in to support staying open. IVDN is already into it’s six month of it’s yearly operation and nothing but mostly the same old has been going on here, resulting in less belief in this company, resulting in a lower stock price that is still struggling to just stay up to it’s present level. Nothing is going to change until IVDN changes it's CEO. Has our CEO made any correct decisions? He killed Arctic Armor, he killed Junior Trend, he won't fix the machine that we need to prove Insultex meets ICC standards. Without an ICC cert IVDN won't be able to sell any real volume of product.

He is a failure, an idiot, egomaniac, and has proven to have no business sense at all. Everyone supporting our CEO the last 3 years has lost money. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU LOST MONEY!!!!!!!

Agreed! IVDN management has made a very good move by bringing him on board.

Searay, nothing is going to happen with this company until our CEO is GONE. Investors are on the sidelines waiting for his departure.

This young company has been around for over 15 years. Garlotta brings nothing to the table. He has done NOTHING to receive 40,000 shares of FREE stock.

He deserves prison for his failure to protect shareholders.

Every young company selling a patented product needs a technical specialist. Dr. Garlotta's experience should suit the company well.
