When I was in contact with the company, I was told Lockheed basically held the company hostage as their sole supplier for the camera stabilizer. Not sure who Lockheed will use in the future but I never thought this contract would end. I am not on speaking terms with management anymore because of the crap that has transpired in Niocorp. Just have lost faith in the team and that is a shame. Very nice guys at the company but we got hosed in the SPAC deal.

I did yesterday. Does that mean their relationship with Lockheed is ending?

Did you listen to the last investor webcast february? The EMD division, which generates 25% of the company's revenue, has no contracts at all as of the end of June. They are considering options for closing or selling that part of the business if they can't get any new contracts.

Not sure why revenue will cease. I thought Lockheed was a steady client for years to come. IBC was the only company that could make the niche product. Why is everything ceasing. Must have missed this news in the morning call.

Agreed. But unless new contracts materialize for the EMD division, those numbers don't mean much. Starting in the third quarter there will be no revenue there.

You want to follow the symbol IB located on the TSXV Exchange. Go into Stockwatch.com and type in IB in the window and make sure the tab is on Canadian. It has a 15 minute delay unless you pay for real time quotes. I will give you an example of where it should trade in both the US and Canada.

Let us assume the stock is trading at .09 Canadian. On the US side that would correlate to roughly .066 with the currency valuation at .736 (US vs Canadian currency). Also factor in between .003 and .005 for trading purposes for the MM's. If you are bidding .06 OTC for your shares. I would have to presume the TSXV should trade at .08 or under for you to have any chance of getting shares. In rare cases, someone might hit your bid for another reason but is often not the case.

IBC has been a major disappointment to investors just as Niocorp has been a disaster. There is no getting around it. Look at the charts and you can see the damage done. We need IBC to string together some decent quarters and stay profitable. Their business should be booming but for some reason it is not reflected in the share price.

You are coming at this from the wrong approach. The OTC price trades off the Canadian price. You have to factor in the currency valuation as well.

The quote shows over 60k shares for sale at .06. Not sure if those are real, or just market makers doing their thing.

Last week there were no sellers at $0.070, so I doubt there are any this week at $0.060.

This stock has had a nice mini-run but now it is back to normal and stuck in cement. Your broker will have zero luck getting you shares. I am 100% sure on that.

I think the evidence points to OTC fuckery in the trading of IAALF on 3/26/2024…prove me wrong…

BTW - The uptrend slope on IAALF is fairly steep between 11:30 AM and 3:14 PM on 3/26/2024

I have one more data point to add to support my “speculation” in Post 1610 on an engineered event today. For a couple of days last week I had a limit order at the Bid price of 0.070 for IAALF. Not 1 person, (none, zero, nada, cero, zilch) was willing to part with their IAALF stock at the Bid price of 0.070 last week! So, I had to raise my limit order. The volume today 3/26/2024 on IAALF was corrected to 68,220 on OTC after the market had been closed. Also, why did the market for IBC close at 3:14 PM, isn't the OTC market open until 4:00 PM EST?

Pure speculation on my part: The drop of -36.17% midday was engineered (someone dumped a few shares at 0.0517) to pummel the IAALF price in order to scare IAALF investors to sell and for someone to accumulate shares at a reduced price. That someone else was accumulating with the full 68,220 share volume today because my limit order still unfilled from last week, went unfilled today with the price 25% below my limit order...someone is greedy to buy IAALF, oh, they did fill a token 50 shares for me today...the precipitous drop (-36.17%) and then recovery today looks ugly, but I read it as bullish; good luck trying to accumulate any shares though if this greedy somebody is as greedy from hereon out as he was today...also, expect some volatility; that greedy someone plays dirty...

5,266 shares unfilled on a large order placed last week...actually, my broker just told me I had 50 shares filled at 0.0715 today. IAALF traded about 25% lower than my limit order for most of the afternoon and it was not completely filled on a volume of 68K shares? :( The broker is going to talk to the trading desk about this tomorrow.

How much are you bidding for? Small bids will not be reflected unless they are a certain size. Stock would have to be offered at your bid or below to get filled.

How do you get to 0.0517 without an execution at 0.0725?

With the TSX market today, you could have bid.0825 for over 100,000 shares and gotten filled. I am guessing some investors want to shed their positions but on the other hand, the bids and offers get pulled constantly. Canadian markets are garbage.

You have to factor in currency valuations when trading IBC. Couple that with tier 3 MM's and it is not an easy stock to buy or sell. There is breaking news tonight that US troops are lining up in Taiwan. The world is ready to explode and that will actually be good for IBC. They have large customers in BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin. I really do not know why this stock is in the gutter. Hope Mark devotes more time to this company.

That volume is anemic on the OTC. Just follow the TSX and make you do a currency evaluation before buying or selling.
