Not completely correct. Canadians can buy/sell. There are a fair number of them around. The price jumps has been from Canadian retail trying to get shares.

These boards have shown a few individuals with vested interest in bringing the price down. I don’t know if it’s just ego or if they are doing it to try and shake out sellers. But the small less that .01 sells at well below the bid, appear to have one or both of these purposes. It’s clearly not accidental.

It is obvious you don't understand the market that this stock is on... HOMU and the expert market has no Market Makers (MM) that organize bids/offers etc.. There is nobody making organized price actions. It is basically uncontrolled, and that is why there are warnings about it and trading is restricted. If you see somebody on the L2 list, there could be others that are invisible and trades happen without seeing a corresponding bid or ask. I'm not sure what you are looking for or hoping is going to happen here. The entity status is REVOKED on nvsos.

Its on the Expert Market. I have no idea who or why somebody is trading this and at very tiny meaningless volumes/amounts.
As I said, it is dark and on EM which means we have no visibility into what is actually happening. For all we know this could be somebody trading to themselves.

You have nothing to justify or provide evidence for claiming manipulation. Why would somebody to 'manipulate' a stock that is dark on the EM and cannot be traded by the vast majority of people?

Also as I said you cannot see a lot of the actual activity because it is not published. Nobody knows who is trading that. It could be from a broker to another broker just to move junk around. Stocks on the EM are known and warned to have HIGH VOLATILITY by the OTC because there is no market maker who sets or guides prices based off supply/demand.

Its on the Expert Market. You can't claim manipulation on something that is heavily restricted for trading and limited to only some countries.

Remember there is no market maker, there are no solicited bids. Anything that shows up can be unreliable and there can be trades that take place with no clear reason because you can't see what is happening. Somebody could be trading to themselves or a friend or for who knows why.

I don’t believe there is any shorting. It’s a dark OTC shell. However, I think you are absolutely right about the SP being to entice sellers. At this point most still in this are just holding. However the current SP indicates there are buyers looking to average down or just for a unique lotto play. Meanwhile there are very few sellers.

If you’re Canadian and can buy this, it’s a very unique opportunity. Due to the rule change most can only sell in the expert market, but Canadians and professionals can buy. Again possible unique lotto play for those who can buy.

Which makes me extremely suspect of those claiming this is a scam, pump/dump etc. There is nothing to support those claims. More than likely they are buyers trying to drum up some sell offs.

Have to pick one... is this a registered company that is currently listed in the Expert Market, or is it a private business which then would not have a ticker, ID or any information on nvsos or elsewhere?

So where are you supposed to find that other activity about a 'office correction' that nobody else seems able to locate? I'm not aware of a different place to look for official information on nvsos.

Are you getting old/cached data from the server possibly?

What I mean is you can have the same person listed as multiple officer positions.

This is common to see in empty shells where there are only one or two people listed for all of the officer positions.

I've been questioning it because when I go to nvsis.gov and search, I do not get those results.

Last activity I see is 11/16/2023 - Resignation of registered agent
I don't see the 'office correction' anywhere.

As for the 5 officers... I see that listed on my search results, however it is almost all the same person and has been for a couple years. Officers doesn't mean different people.
