They changed the name on 2-26 and then filed a correction on 2-28 and changed it back to Melt. Which is rather weird.

See the DD provided through the comments. This company is a shell company at this time ready to be bought out. This is a David Lazar play. He buys clean shell companies and then sells them to organizations that want to trade in the markets.
