waste of time ... shareholders will waste the telephone call cost to pressure companies into submitting filings.. and probably 90% of the number are disconnected ... haha

It cost money to submit filings .... two bob companies are not going to hire an accountant to bring filing up to date thats for sure.

GCHT is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

The big problem on this ticker is the fact that they have not been able to overcome the switching problem yet...........at least they haven't announced a "fix".

Not saying GCHT is a CCME by any means, and your points are valid. Perhaps Deloitte has realized they were way too lax in the past verifying the documents of their Chinese companies and no longer wants to be associated with any of them.

I found it interesting that Deloitte told them to find a big 4 to re-audit the old documents - Huh, I thought they were big 4?

Seems like a tongue in cheek slap to the company to me, perhaps questioning whether any other big 4 auditor will ever touch a US listed Chinese company again?

I dont know. I got scalded by holding CBEH too long thinking my investment was isolated a bit and protected by having KPMG on the books.... Wrong..... All of the big 4 auditors have been spanked around to a degree by the space.

Good luck with this, it may pan out, extremely undevalued and thats why I still stalk.

They all can't be CCMEs - Why did Deloitte not accept the offer to at least visit the company they claim had a different "chop"???? Not exactly reasonable since they did sign off on the audits for more than 3 years - Were they incompetent the entire time they were signing "audited" financials????

Wow, I have seem some pretty bullish statements regarding the whole US listed China space since the demise but really?

After CCME gave Deloitte a huge black eye by giving them fraudulent documents to audit can you really blame them?

Deloitte is killing these companies with their claims of improper accounting things.... My question is: If Deloitte didn't seem to have a problem auditing financials for years and years while they were being compensated why the sudden "revelations"????

I'm beginning to think Deloitte may actually be the "scam" not the unfortunate Chinese tickers who had the misfortune to hire them.

I have more faith in the company than anything Deloitte claims.

GC China Turbine Announces the Resignation of Chief Financial Officer Chen Guijun and Director Marcus Laun, and the Appointme...
GC China Turbine Corporation ("GC China" or the "Company") (OTCBB: GCHT) today announced that Mr. Chen Guijun resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer on February 22, 2012 and Mr. Marcus Laun resigned as a member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective as of February 17, 2012.

Very interesting pps increases

It looks like this is trying to pop to the upside, I want to see a nickel or better.

Been watchin trying to bring myself to buy more in the .01's and just never did. Oh well, I would think it continues back towards .05 and better........ if I'm lucky.

whew! It's getting real low. I knew that i would be here for long, but not that long!

I was thinking more macro....is there a glut of these things in China now?

well, I have a hard time seeing how the problems between American Superconductor and Sinovel relate to GCHT. They haven't had a collection problem in the past.

GCHT will almost definitely have a weak q1 due to the changes in China's grid requirements for wind turbines that now require Low Voltage Ride Through Capability ("LVRT") that GCHT's 1MW turbines don't meet.

But as the larger, 3 blade 1.1 and 2.5 MW turbines come into production in q2-q3, things should improve.

There are also some rumblings that China's wind power growth will slow this year after a big year in 2010.

I just see this one as being beaten down to where the risk/reward is favorable if you can wait a few quarters for the new turbines to start moving.

I've traded this one a few times (2 out of 3 record, which next to my, ahem, investment in CCME is awesome) and am thinking of playing it long again, what with the price at .39 again.

However, I haven't done a ton of research on this one and this post, from a Yahoo short, gives me pause.

Do you have any comment on it?

Well- my little GCHT shares have held up better than 99% of the Chinese reverse market has.

I'm up 35% from my DCA entry, and plan to hold for 6-12 months. I can see this over $1 by then, and I'm patient.

.19 eps for 2010 (.17 fully diluted) Very nice for a .46 stock.


2010 10-K

Looks like they are pushing up production of the 1.1 and 2.5MW and 3 blade turbines to meet the new "Low Voltage Ride Through Capability" that China requires for future turbines being attached to the power grid. Q1 might be soft as a result? I think a buy and hold from current pps is a good move though, especially if you are patient enough to wait for the 1.1 and 2.5 MW turbiens to roll out.

More on Q4 numbers- should be very big...if they were telling the truth

Q4 should be very big for GCHT IF what they stated back in November was accurate.

According to the q3 pr and filing, for the 9 months of 2010 they had sold 47 (out of the 100 units they said they were on track for in 2010)...leaving revenue from 53 units for q4 alone.

GCHT had to push back revenue from 23 units from q3 to q4 due to a customer that had not finished the ground prep for the installation and could not take delivery. They then pr'd in December that those units had in fact been delivered, and that revenue from them would be counted in q4. Then they had another 30 units still slated for delivery in q4 in addition to those 23 units. All revenue should be accounted for in q4- and as of 11/15/2010, they state they were on track to meet the 100 unit goal. Again- this would leave revenue from 53 turbines to be counted in q4.



2011 outlook from November sounds strong with 50-100% growth in turbine sales over 2010:

"Our customers and demand for our turbines, are both strong, and growing. We are very upbeat about our outlook for 2011, and, based on our current pipeline of business, we expect to ship a range of 150 to 200 turbines next year"

From q3..."While we were not able to record and book revenues on 23 turbines in the Q3 that we had anticipated, due to lack of a full preparation for taking delivery by a customer during the period, those revenues will be recognized in the Q4 of this year. We remain on track to ship 100 turbines in fiscal year 2010, and continue to see strong demand for our turbines in the market and expect to announce expansion of our footprint from China into the European wind energy markets in fiscal year 2010."

Those turbines were shipped in December- so q4 should be strong.

Anybody still in this stock? It has one ugly chart. It's hard to believe that it's now sitting at .35.
