No. It is comatose but not dead. Current market cap is $10,000 lol. Obviously that is not a valid valuation for any shell, let alone one with 100 M OS and pretty much no debt. Waiting for the next round of filings which should be then followed up by the M & A. They just didn't bother doing the filings this time as there was no sense spending the extra cash until they were ready.

How much is your commission? Probably more than $13 right? I called my broker and I have an AON order which is why I didn't get any. Which is fine because their commissions are outrageous. Also lowered my bid to .0001.

No. American. Live in CA. I went through a boutique broker that used to take some paper for me back in the day. For $3000 (it will probably never fill anyway) it is worth the risk. I already have 3 M shares I bought much higher haha. Or #crying.

Here is the latest that I am aware of. The company has been trying to get the proper financing (without being fleeced) to complete its merger. Since the financial markets have been so tight the past 2 years it has been an ordeal. You may have noticed there have been almost no Reverse mergers on the OTC the past 2 years....when they used to happen all of the time. Even the NASDAQ has stopped doing them for the most part. Remember when SPACS were hot? They have kept their filings up to date despite this but they decided this time to just wait and get all the filings done at once when they have the financing lined up. It would not be a big deal to do so they are basically just saving money for now and then they will spend it when finance money comes in.

Good news is the money markets are loosening up. They said this would not be a long term thing so one bright side way to look at it is when we do see filings uploaded to OTC markets? We know the merger is close. Not ideal but is what it is. I managed to get a GTC order to buy a few million at .001. So if someone wants to sell them to me? Go ahead. :)

Maybe interest rate drop will get this turd going.

apparently the company has shut down what small operations they had going. will take years for someone to come along and try to bring this back from the dead

I tried to contact the company numerous times over the last week and no one answered. Looks like they shut everything down and have gone BK.

I expected .001 but not until December. Who knows how low this can go now.

One thing I would add is there was no dumping of shares from insiders before the move to the expert market. In fact the last few days before actually saw some decent buying. You would think if there was going to be a BK or dissolution of the company that they just would have dumped for whatever price.

Well they keep updating their share structure to OTC markets. Latest was done on Sept 29, so 2 days ago. Why do that if this was going dark for long?

I mean at ,001 this has a market cap of $100 K lol. Obviously the MMs or someone who is handling the stock is trying to get people to panic and dump this low. I mean it traded a whole 1300 shares today lol. I don't agree with any of this but there is more going on behind the scenes than meets the eye.
