Carbon Neutral Company with a twist of Blockchain, almost all of you don't know what that means, well, it is the next revolution, look up Zurich and ClimateWorks, non profit foundation. This acquisition is for a grand total of $300 million dollars, they are assigning 2 board of directors and 2 independent directors, which implies they will be listed on the big boards, on top of that fully reporting company not an Alternative reporting status, next week this will trade above $3.00 dollars with ease. This company based on the acquisition should be trading at 300 million dollars, not 7-8 million dollars, lot of room to go up.
