I think we are getting closer with $ENZN. There was new language in the 10k compared to the other 10k’s. Notably, they have been in discussions with potential acquisition that may result in a change in control of the company. While this scenario would result in not being able to utilize 100% of the NOL’s, it would suggest that it could be a rather large profitable company that utilizes ENZN imo

C’mon Carl. Where is the 10Q with all the good news. We have been waiting a long time for some movement with this company.

Indeed crazy trades happening lately. More activity than previous months. Not a lot of volume but 100 trades to drop it to .07’s is suspect. Hoping he pulls the trigger sooner than later. Picking up some crumbs here and there. Let’s do this Carl !!

$ENZN - They are about a month later than normal in releasing the 10K. Wondering if it’s because they might announce an acquisition along with it? They normally release it mid February. Could be nothing but we will see soon as it has to be released by the 31st

It’s back to .41 now. I think Carl will find a great acquisition for $ENZN. The nice thing about this scenario is that Carl won’t be able to take over this company like he normally does with others. This is because of the NOL’s here. I think we are extremely close to a deal here. I know it’s been a long time waiting but I think it will pay off.

Yes nice price range and volume the last few days. With the exception of some clown who wants to sell 100 shares for .385 from 41 just now. Hoping Carl gets this thing off the ground soon.

Carl Icahns son and another big dog from one of Icahns businesses has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Bausch Health Care. I’d like to think he is interested in their spinoffs.

I don’t think it will be much longer. Per the quarterly report, the company appears to be constantly reaching out to possible acquisition targets. I wonder if Bausch is one of them that they are talking with?

Crazy day of trading today. Picked up some of them .2525 and then watched it head north to.3338. I would like to think something is happening out there with the SPAC. Investment firms talking November on a spinoff but most likely after the first of the year. Lets go Carl we are all getting anxious.

Well SESN just hired 2 big wigs to get Vicineum going again. Getting $200 million worth of royalties isn’t off the table yet it appears. We also need to remember that per the last filing, ENZN has been reaching out to various companies.

$SESN has been crashing on FDA rejection. It fell into the $0.70s range and then bounced back to around $2. It's trending down now. Shorts will crush it further as more news emerges. Some news is indicating that outright fraud had taken place by SESN

$ENZN our day is soon coming IMO. I wouldn’t be surprised if WSB crew runs SESN to over $20 then moves on and runs ENZN over $5 on Vicineum approval news next week.

$ENZN - The amount of money they could make off Vicineum is quite impressive. Around $200 million over the next 10 years. Also, I believe that ENZN has the option of buying back the preferred shares if it wanted to. They could use the Vicineum royalty revenue to do so.

Agreed. I believe SESN approval is critical for any deal. Revenue steam and NOLs great foundation for a Biotech currently in trials.

hard for a lot of people to park their money for 8 months and watch it drift down and then back up and down again with no news. SESN is about to get the green light from the FDA (imo) and I believe a significant check makes its way to ENZN (Does $30M sound right?). I also believe ICAHN is working on BHC spin off to take advantage of ENZN NOLS. Waiting is a pain the the rear but should pay off nicely.

Not much volume on the selling. We are here going on 8 months since the rise in share price waiting for Icahn to pull the trigger on something. I still believe he wants the BHC Eye care when it spins off. I also think some investors thought it would happen earlier and are tired of tying their money up seeing other plays they could have been in. Patience is the name of the game here IMO.

Good time to nibble on the dips for me...Red Sucks though but such is the game we have chosen...

Bausch Health Companies issued PR this morning that one of their Directors had resigned. This leaves another opening for an Icahn appointment to the BOD.

This is the first time I’ve seen the CEO use the spinoff term. ENZN merges with B&Lspinoff would be awesome

from the mid 50’s last week to the mid .70s this week to settle at .70 I will take that any day. SESN had incredible volume and price spike AH’s today and I firmly believe will be great for ENZN right before Icahn announces his new merger with whoever. Chillin and grillin these days.
