Emerging Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporations ("EMERGING," the Company, we, us, and our) (OTC Markets: EMRH) today would like to share some progress about CE removal with our shareholders. To have the CE designation removed, company contacted SEC for termination letter about the previous and any onging investigation clearance. We have received the confirmation from SEC that the previous litigation caused by the previous management is concluded and no any pending investigation against Company. The confirmation has been submitted to OTCMarkets. OTCMarkets requested Company first to file a 15c2-11 Form to FINRA for clearance. Now Company management is working with a broker on the 211 form paperwork preparation. Some historical documents are not in current management's hands. Company has submitted FOIA request to USDOJ E.D. Virginia Alexandira Division to claim those documents copies back for 211 filing. Company management expect to have all paper work ready by the early January. Company is also engaged with a PCAOB auditing firm and will have 2020 and 2021 disclosures and financials audited.

As soon as we receive the letter, we will submit it to OTCMarket for further review. Currently, Company's quote is unsolicit only. To get it back to solicited quotation, Company plans to reach out to interested broker-dealer to file the 15c-211 Form as the CE is removed.

Emerging Holdings, Inc. (EMRH) today would like to share some progress about CE removal with our shareholders. Company Management submitted all the disclosures and financials on August 31. Attorney Letter covering all the past filings was filed on September 1. The third Quaterly report was filed on October 4.

Company Management has been communicating with OTCMarkets and OTCMarkets instructed Company to request a CE review. The review request was submitted on September 22. OTCMarkets responded with intital review documents request on September 30.

EMRH could really fly if they can get rid of that CE.

Also, looks like they canceled 108 MM shares through the custodial process.
