Has anyone else heard the rumor that EIPC is partnering with a cryptocurrency project to help manage logistics?

The way it's supposed to work is this: the eipc RFID technology which can be used to track unique products is paired with a cryptocurrency, such that each RFID tag can be tracked and monitored on the blockchain. This automates the tracking of any product at each point in the supply chain.

There are various crypto projects that are pursuing this type of technology for their supply chain, one of which is VeChain/VET. I have no idea who the partner is but I don't think it is a big name. Again, I only came across this as a rumor and I don't know if there is any truth to it.

EIPC has nearly 250M shares Large OS and Large float comparing to its CLEAN-Shell peers (such as ORMTQ:18M-shares-OS and AFFL:31M-shares-OS)!

Buying EIPC at 0.0040 = buying ORMTQ at 0.052 which is 2.6 Times of 52-week-high 0.02 or 5.1 Times of current price 0.0102!

Buying EIPC at 0.0040 = buying AFFL at $0.03052 which is 13.27 Times of current price 0.0023!

Note, EIPC has not updated its Large SS for SEVEN Years v.s. ORMTQ and AFFL have the Up-To-Date FIXED Super Tiny SS!

If he did then he'll either go away or try to pump this dead turd again to try to sucker more folks.

Then you bought mine.
Good luck with these shares! These were old already.

May I ask for your reason to buy?
I am through with this company, but today was a very, very strong day. I sold millions but buyers were strong nevertheless.
Even the one showing again and again that 4 million bid seems to be a real buyer since he took many of my shares. Perhaps there's really something going on like a reverse merger. Who else would buy that much?
Either way, I am out.

Looks like Shorty continues to play the Buyers as FOOLS

https://otcshortreport.com/company/EIPC

Shorty offers shares for sale and posts a big bid to get people excited to think something might be going on with EIPC. People buy naked shares from Shorty and if someone sells at the bid to Shorty he makes the spread. Shorty wins either way.

I'm thinking the speculative interest here may be focused on Enable's ultracapacitor technology. Ultracapacitors may be the next wave of development for powering electric vehicles as they charge and discharge much faster than batteries, and have a far greater lifespan.

Bear in mind, Enable and subsidiary Sol Rayo were on par with Enphase back 15 years or so in the ultracapacitor segment. The defamation and interstate securities fraud charges sustained by the company, CEO David Walker and company officials were ultimately refuted in court, and punitive damages of $1.5 million against Steven Oshinsky, ostensibly an agent of some sort, were awarded. Mr. Oshinsky has shall we say friends in high places. Company understandably went underground, now shell or dark horse lotto or viable company with track record of successfully performing an NSF grant (Extending the lifespan of Li-ion anodes/cathodes (and incidentally preventing fires) by 30% with a spray-on nano coating) and bringing a solar rechargeable RFID device to market, remains to be seen. Under 250 Million Shares Issued and Outstanding.

I am surprised by the level of short selling at even these baseline levels. I could see shorting it while the price was spiking but 2.7M shares shorted at $0.0014 on Apr 08 seems kinda nuts.

https://otcshortreport.com/company/EIPC

I suppose $3800 free money for a day's work isn't so bad but Pinks can hang around for a long time even when the company is dead. I would hate to have the possibility of having to cover millions of shares hanging over my head for years. I mean I'm pretty darn sure EIPC.pk is as dead as they get but I still wouldn't take the chance. Maybe the shortie knows absolutely for sure.

Does anyone know how/when a stock goes away forever and becomes a "worthless" security?

You are probably right. But nevertheless shorting such a stock is daring because who knows if Mr. Walker really does nothing. EIPC could overnight be at 100x current share price. The only people who could know that is Mr. Walker himself or persons close to him. But even if such a person would be the one playing here, he/she can never know if some crazy crowd decides to run these shares up.
I would never short such a stock, but I don't like shorting at all.
πŸ‘οΈ0
mr_tech_russ mr_tech_russ 3 years ago
My guess is whoever is offering to buy 10M shares

at what was it, $0.0011, is the same person who has been shorting the stock in such large volumes. It's actually genius. If the order gets filled he covers the shares he sold short at higher prices and if it gets folks excited and they bid up the price he can naked short sell them even more shares. It's a win-win for the short-seller because EIPC IS A DEAD COMPANY.

In any event if folks did not take advantage of the much higher recent prices (percentage-wise that is) to sell their shares they aren't likely to sell to such a low bid now. If the person seriously wants to accumulate shares then we will see him rachet-up his bid over time, but I doubt it.

Even though I'm 100% out I find this interesting to watch :)

There is little chance DW will say anything

Frankly in my opinion letting go of the enableipc domain and shutting down the solrayo website are pretty good indicators the company is dead so what more does he need to say? Furthermore EIPC has virtually no value as a shell. First there are hundreds of defunct companies out there to chose from and a shell is far more attractive if they are still reporting as it saves a lot of expense, as is one with lots of losses that can be used as tax write-offs against future earnings.

On 26th of January I sent an email to dw957445@gmail.com.
Probably Mr. Walker received the email since there was no delivery failure like for a non existent email address or a full mailbox. Nevertheless he didn't reply until today.
At least for instance at facebook he could drop a line in lack of a working website to show investors that he is at least looking for a way to sell as a shell or whatever.

Here is a timeline of the case I found online

https://unicourt.com/case/ca-la2-solrayo-vs-steven-j-oshinsky-et-al-64234

Unfortunately there are no documents to review. But at the top it does state "This case was last updated from Los Angeles County Superior Courts on 01/07/2021 at 13:31:37 (UTC)."

Given Steven J Oshinsky's rather unique name it's fairly easy to follow him. His long time residence with his wife at 23350 Water Cir, Boca Raton, FL 33486 was sold in May 2017 (according to Zillow). His latest address corresponds to his mother's address. I'm not going to post it but anyone can find it easily enough.

I believe judgements are good for 20 years but given the long time the case was pending he had plenty of time to shield any assets he needed to protect from seizure.

Remember too that DW could use any funds since the company went dark any way he wanted, for example to pay himself a CEO salary or to pay his kid to update the Solrayo website. IMO however any money from RFID tags is now history so no income.

In any event it's all speculation and there is only one person who could enlighten us.

πŸ‘οΈ0
hh718 hh718 3 years ago
Steven Oshinsky's story is an interesting one. While he was doing all he could to ruin Sol Rayo, steal their trade secrets, and discredit management, he took a wild cross-country trip. I know, because while researching his "efforts" and trying to figure out whose agent he was, he got in one-vehicle wreck on a gravel road in Iowa. Likely drunk at the time, he faced no consequences. My guess was that he was working for the Koch Bros. who were having a field day short-selling and destroying small companies working on the cutting edge of the green energy revolution. Yes the company has gone dark, but imo with good reason. I'm willing to bet that CEO David Walker still has something up his sleeve.

That judgement was many years ago

and they never collected anything from the guy. First of all they guy would have to have that amount of assets, the EIPC lawyer or investigator would have to locate the assets and the assets themselves would have to be able to be seized. Below are all the protected items in Florida. Also non-exempt assets could easily have been transferred to his wife, who in FL is NOT liable for her husband's debts, or simply hidden. It's pretty easy to avoid payment, there's even people who specialize in advising people how to do it.

The key assets that are protected from creditors in Florida include:

Homestead, with some acreage limitations.
The wages of someone who qualifies as head of household.
Annuities.
Life Insurance.
Retirement Accounts. For example: an IRA or 401k.
Tenants by entireties property when the judgment is separate.
Interest in a multi-member LLC with a properly written LLC operating agreement (but still subject to a charging lien).
Disability income.
$1,000 of value in a vehicle.
$1,000 of personal property (or $4,000 if you do not own a home).
Prepaid collect plans.
Various generic exemptions, such as health aids, medical savings accounts, and unemployment benefits.
Social security.
Some properly-drafted estate planning trusts protect the beneficiaries’ interest and inheritance from their creditors

Strongly disagree. Copying and pasting from Bababooyah's Post #1900 --
"A lawsuit involving Enable IPC subsidiary SolRayo, Inc. against Steven Oshinsky was concluded in February with the court awarding a $2.5 million judgment in favor of SolRayo. The Los Angeles Superior Court found that Steven Oshinsky had breached an oral contract with SolRayo and, in addition, β€œintentionally interfered with [SolRayo’s] existing economic and contractual relationships and misappropriated and disclosed trade secrets to third parties.” The judge also found that Oshinsky β€œtook these actions intentionally, maliciously, and fraudulently and with a purpose and intention of causing severe harm and damage to” SolRayo. Oshinsky did this personally and through the use of alter ego and front companies, including JMPW Management, LLC and Ram Capital Management Trust as part of his β€œscheme to damage and injure” SolRayo. $1.5 million against Steven Oshinsky was awarded in actual damages along with an additional $1 million in punitive damages."
>> Had I been in CEO David Walker's position at this time, I might have ducked underground as well. Being targeted by corporate skullduggery is no fun and can fray the nerves of the most sensible of fellows. Again, the one time I spoke with Mr. Walker, he indicated he was moving ahead with research.

It's long past time to throw in the towel on EIPC

It looks DW has

Look at the facts:
CEO David Walker is the only employee and he's what 69 now?
DW is not a scientist or researcher
The company has no verifiable income
The company has made no attempt to communicate with shareholders for many years
All info on the financial websites is from 2008-2009
DW didn't even bother to keep the enableipc.com domain name!
The Solrayo website is also shutdown
Any IP they had is very old now and at the current pace of battery and superconductor research by FUNDED companies is probably worthless
EIPC has little value as a shell.

Really I see absolutely no reason to buy this stock, which is why given the recent opportunity to unload I did just that. I still monitor the stock because I have a small position in an old account. If someone pumps the price back up I will likely unload those as well.

πŸ‘οΈ0
hh718 hh718 3 years ago
And come to think of it, that 2.5 Mill Bid @ .0016 (now almost completely disappeared) was only $4000. EIPC is all psychology at this point -- has CEO David Walker stayed on a scientific course? I've mentioned in earlier posts that the spurious lawsuit and slander against Walker & Co. (EIPC was awarded $1.5 Mill in uncollected damages) was a corporate hit of some kind, the type that for years were perpetrated against solar, ultracapacitor and green fuel technologies deemed disruptive to the status quo. Go Walker! Go EIPC!!
πŸ‘οΈ0
mr_tech_russ mr_tech_russ 3 years ago
When someone really wants a stock they buy it

When someone is trying to pump a stock and create demand they print a large buy order to try to stimulate demand and get others to buy and drive the stock price up. To pump a stock effectively however there needs to be a story or at least some scrap of info people can latch onto. In the case of EIPC there is absolutely nothing. The fact that the issue has a relatively low float allows it to be manipulated but again with no underlying news or even rumor a pump can't be maintained.
