My guess is someone went fishing for cheap shares and that was all they could get. Likely that small lots of cheap shares can be picked up by anyone wanting them until "shell risk" label is removed. That or price possibly could rise if enough bigger $$ wants shares trying to get in before the label removal. We shall see.

Yesterdays presentation validates your statement in your post, IMO.
There is very clearly a road map and direction now that wasn't clear in the past. The course put forth is one that is achievable IMO.
100% agree. Build it and it will be reflected in price.

I should have also said, that is how I read between the lines and the tea leaves. All IMO only.
That all said. I am still bullish on EGYF potential.

Anyone who listened to the presentation knows 2 things IMO.
Keith has skin in the game and has also contributed a potentially disruptive concept to pair with MZ's cutting edge technology.
2nd. Keith is basically running the show now with MZ as a technical advisor, likely with yes or no approval power due to his shares.

Well maybe his new partner will demand action. If I was a young guy on board I'd want to see the company succeed in a timely fashion so that Im seeing a ROI.

Keith has this headed in the right direction, let him build it and investors will come.

I'm not sure, but I believe they are looking to obtain grant money presenting at conferences, as opposed to selling shares.

A clarification post. Obviously I mark the bullish feature here on EGYF regularly. I am not using that as a buy now, jump in pumping type of announcement.
Everyone who buys needs to do their own DD, purchase when they think the timing is right to accomplish their investing/trading goals. I click on that as a signal to pay attention, keep track of the progress, get up to speed on the happenings kind of focus. Yes, I like the odds of making a profit over the long term or I wouldn't be here. However, I don't think anyone should invest blindly in any investment or just because of something like a bullish mark. Buy or sell according to your own trading system and rules.

I believe the “shell risk” days are numbered, we will just have to wait n see. My position is small, I’ll add when funds clear and hold for .10 - .12pps which I believe will come quickly.

Thanks for the 3 posts. Unfortunately, the story is still lost in the lack of "shell risk" label removal. I do think it is being worked toward, but no way to project when. Based on all the filings the conclusion I have reached (could be right or not and others may have a different opinion) is that OTCMarkets wants to see a consistency factor as in an actual revenue flow.

For me. Just practicing my patience breathing technique. Still think this could be a disruptive technology that may bring the kind of returns technology advancements (innovations) produce. Time will tell.

Yeah, me too.
Been asking for last 8 months periodically for residential prototype installation or to just purchase one outright.
Might be awhile though for residential with the present commercial focus. Ok with that since IMO revenue and company growth will scale faster.

My relationship with KP goes back about 3 years or a bit more. Even before his coming on board with EGYF.
The characteristics you mention are exactly what I have observed. His success in the growth of UandA, a private company, is past and continuing evidence of the qualities you stated.
While that does not guarantee success I believe it already separates EGYF from the vast majority of OTC companies. I am also a fan of the thousands of hours and his own capital commitment already invested in EGYF.

Personally, I am willing to give this time to build and grow. Too much potential for me to move on this early.

I've had conversations with KP as well. Seems like an honest, focused, hard working guy with genuine long term goals for growing a real, legitimate company (which is extremely uncommon on the OTC). I'm curious as to your take on him? Also what surprised you about it trading at a dime? What do you think it should be valued at based on what you learned about the company and its progress thus far?
I noticed this is your first post on IHUB. How did you find us and what inspired you to join and share? Very glad to have you hear, but very curious.

I had lunch with two guys from IDEX, RC from GEMZ and KP from EGYF during the investor summit. Was surprised to learn this was trading at a dime.

Great points. One thing I would add to the Elementary school aspect is that other possibilities include a neighborhood/subdivision, apartment complex, office building, manufacturing center etc.

100% agree on the sector it occupies and being a real company. Much work to be done for sure. I also like the potential for long term sustainable growth metrics.

There's a few really positive things here! First, they are a real company that are really doing things. That's heads and shoulders above more than half of all OTC companies. Secondly they seem to have legitimate, intelligent, informed people in charge. That's better than 75% of OTC companies. Finally they have no convertible debt. That's better than probably 90% of the OTC companies. Include a great share structure, and sitting within a popular renewable energy industry, and you have to feel great about the company!!

On the downside, a microgrid for a elementary school isn't that 'sexy'. But I'd rather be in a legit company than one trying to 'fake it' in a fad OTC scheme. Also the Ebox (which I think is at the core of the company) doesn't sound fully developed yet. But I do love the progress, and am very hopeful moving forward.
