Only thing that counts is a favorable ruling from Judge Zurn, the rest is just conversation...

We get that ruling and we are in the kill zone, we don't, then we thank Mr Berry for giving it his all, which is more than i can say for 99% of OTC Ceo pretenders

The current docket posted online runs through the 20th. No specific mention of CLHI, but Judge Zurn is hearing cases for sure.

Siriam, FWIW I purchased my more difficult positions via Etrade. Only once did I ever have an issue in ten years.....and the problem was expected and unavoidable from the broker's position .
I have heard a number of unflattering posts over the years regarding Schwab.

The schedule in court for today, 13 June, does not show any case involving Judge Zurn or CLHI. This does not mean there is no action necessarily as the docket is subject to constant revision.
