We would have many more eyes if the CEO would at least communicate with its shareholders and the investing world on what is going on with the company and its future plans but all we get is silence.

I guess it's all up to the CEO if he wants to inform his shareholders of what this company is all about but only silence as the company seems to grow each quarter.

IR seems to not care about its shareholders either as she is way too defensive when you ask any kind of question about the company.

Why even have an IR representative if they are not able to inform us of the progress of they company without give us inside information???

Long time shareholder with many shares and still buying more as this could be a great company if the CEO would communicate with shareholders the companies plan for the future.

I also think that a 10-20 for 1 forward split would help the companies liquidity and still only have a 50-100 million share OS and attract many new investors.

All in my opinion after being here for approx. 15 years.

Good company with very nice revenues...deserve more eyes

They seem to be increasing revenues every quarter and if they continue on this pace I think 3 million in revenues is very possible this year.

They also seem to not have increased the OS very much at all as the just released Q states that the OS is still under 5 million shares.

Market Cap of $283,225 as of 08/20/2021 and revenues approaching 3 million is just unreal in my opinion.

Now if the CEO would only communicate with the shareholders and let us know what is happening with the company and the future plans or direction he is taking the company!!

wrong!! how many billions? come on man!! i am making fortunes on stocks much higher than theirs was. come on man come on man you know the thing. they are novices of pure bad management. they got their license to steal out of a cracker jack box and you know it.

With a share count in the billions it just makes sense most times.

and they ripped us shareholders off completely and they didnt have to reverse split. it was just plain bad and poor management is all. really ashame.

Well, I'm just going off of the last 2 SEC filings of a company that is "Pink Current", has a "Verified Profile" and is "Transfer Agent Verified"!! But that is what I go off of!! I know, stupid me!! But I have no rumors to go off of!! I just wish that Iehab would communicate with the shareholders rather than ignore us as it seems he does!! But they are current unlike many pink sheets out there, so hoping for the best with this company!

I agree that they should never have done that big of a reverse but what is done is done. Just under 5 billion shares is now under 5 million shares with revenues of approx. 1 1/2 million for last year and looks as if on par for maybe 2 1/2 million this year or more. Hopng they have their $hit together this time.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CirTran Corporation (CIRX) said today that it has completed the filing of Form 10-K for fiscal 2020 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The filing by CirTran (CIRC) showed a net profit of $532,134 for the year ended December 31, 2020 and reported net sales of $1,732,625. In its previous 10-K filing for the year ended December 31, 2019, the company had reported a net loss of $1,227,539.

Also in the filing, CirTran reported income from operations of $78,414, after having shown a net loss from operations of $406,558 in its fiscal 2019 filing.

Iehab J. Hawatmeh, the founder and president of CirTran, said he “was proud of the progress shown by the company over the past 18 months.

Why is the share price still so low with a company that has under 5 million shares with revenue???

Just wondering why the SP is not a lot higher but might be that the company does not let the shareholders know anything about what is happening with the company and their IR is the worst i've ever seen.
