Belasarian was supposed to prepare this shell for a reverse merger etc. but was promised by the existing owners that they would revitalize this shell and make a new company etc. So Belasarian let it go. That was 3-4 months ago, and nothing was heard since. No updates, no nothing. Go figure!!

Maybe it is easier to take it over now with it going to Expert......

I think Belasarium made a mistake letting this one go based on "assurances". This thing seems as dead as a Dodo! One would think the original owner(s) would have put out some word to the effect that soon there will be a new beginning etc.!!!

On 26th Oct, Belasarium set aside their custodianship in exchange for assurances made regarding the company (CCLX) and its future. Wonder what kind of assurances because nearly a month later no word from any of them. No idea what's in the pipeline if anything at all.

Nothing seems to have changed, as dormant as ever.

Thank you! I like to read into this that the existing owners will do the necessary to make this a viable trading company again. I guess that's a real possibility or else Balesarium would have hold onto it.
Unfortunately, there is no timeline.

Regarding $CCLX we have reached an agreement with prior management and have set aside our custodianship in exchange for assurances made regarding the company and its future.

I notice in the latest Balasarian update CCLX is not mentioned at all.

So, let's forget about it.

$AIKO too. They are already finalizing an RM with an interested party . $ZHUD still talking with interested parties. If zhud works out I’m going to start dipping my toes in all their projects

Yes, I have seen that and the fact that the status is not mentioned tells me that there is a spanner in the works which needs to be resolved.

Just have to wait until they are ready to tell us the state of affairs.

Share structure definably not as shareholder friendly as ZHUD. It may be long shot but whatever may happen I already have a big chunk leftover from the previous disaster, so I am just a silent observer from here on.
I hope these guys put us in the picture sooner than later.

Also, how they handle ZHUD will tell how much trust they build. I can buy on EM but waiting to see what happens with ZHUD before going in.

OK, got it. I must say, very surprised because the previous two owners couldn't get along, as a matter of fact, hated each other in the end, and as a result, the company failed and closed down.

No, I did not see that. I have no idea what that means. I can only think that they are not proceeding with the custodianship but say nothing about a possible return to the previous owner(s).

Question is, why was it awarded to them in the first place.

With the speed they handled one of their other company's (expert to pink) we can expect news soon. They are supposed to be rookies, but they act like a very experienced group. I think we are on something very good.

I take it Belisarian is hard at work here. Keep in mind that Belisarian is an unknown quantity and have no idea how they will perform. However, the fact that they tackling these difficult cases is encouraging and aims to succeed.

I understand that a custodian has entered the scene here and so it will take time for them to do it, but has anyone received letters from the previous management inviting them to a shareholder meeting, or was it total silence for years?
