LG is a S.O.B.!

Fiduciary duty doesn't mean doing whatever some amateur stock flippers on social media say. His first priority is to maintain the company as a going concern. Succeeding at this automatically fulfills his legal obligation to protect shareholder value.. He cannot control peoples perceptions of the companies value beyond the reported financial condition. He cannot control that people bought in when the companies PE ratio(if it had one reported) would have been over 1000(even now its at least 200)(if you don't know what PE ratio is, you should consider another get rich scheme...try bitcoin)
It is not his "duty" to give feel good speeches and other BS on social media to help people flip their position.
The company will either grow or die. If you feel your stock entitles you to some legal remedy, try voting him out...

Fundamentally, don’t CEOs not have an obligation to his/her shareholders? I don’t get it. I thought he had a fiduciary role to shareholders?

It seems to me that this is what little LG is hoping for , that all the existing shareholders left over from pre merger days drop out while his family and friends buy up at this lower level and then he will do something. LG is trying to be something he is not and that is big time. He is still a small time local Fresno security company with big ambition but no sense of what it means to run a large company. He has and continues to alienate his shareholders and block the ones that stand up to him on his facebook page.

This, is looking merely like a slush/beer money fund,and when a case of beer is necessitated the stock drops 30%. LG,has no other plans it seems.

Can't blame you... I'm almost there myself. This company has zero interest in investor communications, which is inexcusable at this point. There was no point in going public if they are going to be like this.

Oops, somebody tanked the price today... yet another all time low, and zero communication from the company while this is accelerating the dive towards being kicked off the QX.

Also not surprising - no response to my email to the company from over a week ago.

Well I suppose we only have to wait 2 more weeks for the Q1 financials and another round of lackluster results with no news/guidance/anything from management.

There are also a lot of good reviews, the employees rank it well. Maybe not so good for investors, but they are a good employer. That's a great start. Maybe the bad reviews are getting paid to bash?

The Google reviews are less than stellar for his home base in Fresno, with some accounts accusing good reviews as plants and paid for. Its all boiled down to being a great big disappointment and shame.

This was back after the merge and then split. After trying to contact him direct and with no success. I asked on his facebook page in the customer comment section if he treats his customers the same way he treats his shareholders. Something to that effect but what i saw after that was a post by one of his family members saying how great the company was. And have been blocked since.

Dude - I wish he was AI! It would at least spit something out!

Its sounding more and more like LG is actually AI and he can't compute any questions,especially questions from shareholders...that would make him short both the stock and his circuits.

I can see the AmeriGuard facebook page. Last update was March 28 about them getting the VA transportation contract for LA area.

There are a few scattered comments asking them to communicate with their investors... no reply/response to those posts. They don't seem to monitor or read anything on that page that others post.

LG is a slap in the face to legit veterans across all of these great United States...

What did you say to him? I don’t have facebook so I can’t relate to how the friend and cut him off thing works. Do they even update the facebook page?

This makes LG no Better than Miro of MMG. Post information on Twitter but if you disagree with him he blocks you from viewing. I guess LG did not like the fact I called him out on his companies facebook page for basically killing this stock. How can you claim to protect people in Fresno with security but wreck people with investing in your company. What A hypocrite.

You nailed it! Someday our LG may be the guy we thought he could be. The worst part is that is truly a very genuine nice person that knows what he is doing. Hence, we should see the LG we thought we were getting at some point in the future.

Just thinking about that wallstreet partners interview with Doug Anderson,without going back and watching I remember the look of doubt and uncertainty in LG's gaze and stare.

Dude, I have lost so much freaking money because of the LG clown show. Actually, I wish we had a clown show, then we wouldn’t have this silence while hoping something happens behind the scenes! With this share structure, LG should have us up to $25-50 million in revenue already with a stock price of circa $10 with 2-3 acquisitions besides his own company already in the books.

Meanwhile... down ~90% and no information/news/communication from the company other than required financial filings.

I know right. The whole situation is so f’in annoying. This stock almost hit $5 two times over the last 2-3 years and should be circa $10-15 a share if they actually did what they said they would do, mergers and acquisitions to get bigger and make more dough!

Maybe, that's why he so dependent upon Gov't contracts,he's proving to Uncle Sam, he can do things at a snails pace. I don't know what else to think anymore!
