This whole company is a total mess. If this were a fortune 500 company with this drama, people would run from it! Lucky for LG, nobody is left here to even notice.

Garcia was removed as CEO
Douglas Anderson was names interim CEO

Second 8k:
Garcia exercised his majority shareholder power and removed Douglas Anderson and Russel Honore from the board.
Garcia exercised his majority shareholder power and appointed Wilhelm Cashen and Terry Slatic to the board.
The board then removed Douglas Anderson from the intertim CEO position
Board re-named Garcia as CEO
Board appointed Terry Slatic and Wilhelm Cashen to the audit committee

This sounds like there is some serious drama going on at the director/board level... they tried to oust Garcia but he got back in by whacking a couple board members (presumeably ones who voted to fire him) and appointing 'friendly' members to get re-appointed as CEO

So much for 'leadership' change.

Nothing really new as usual... revenue up but loss increased due to higher costs. So they make more income and loose more money. Brilliant!

And they still talk about their corporate overhead structure being able to support 2-3x their size, but nothing much is happening on that front

What a mess... more revenue but higher loss and whining that costs are higher due to labor rates. So they make more and loose more. And still the same talk about potential acquisitions and leading to bottom line profits, but no actual action/follow through of this happening.

Not surprised the stock is down >20% today.

They re-stated 2023 earnings due to a re-audit of financials with a new accounting firm. Basically, income and assets were reduced in 2023 and the acquisition back then.

I think this is just an ammended 10k from last year for the year prior. I don't think this makes them current at all.

How long until these jokers get kicked off the OTCQX due to their delinquent financials?

Still not a peep about anything, and the annual is now 3 weeks late from their extension deadline. The Q1 is due next week and we haven't even seen last year yet.

Three weeks late on a filing that consists of what happened last year (annual). Who are these guys trying to fool!?!?!

Not sure why price is up so much today... although volume is still low. But why buy a stock with delinquent financials? Did they file and its not showing upon otc yet?

Don't hold your breath. Management has demonstrated clearly that they are not interested in communicating to shareholders. We'll get the usual annual report filing only because its required, and will almost certainly have nothing interesting/new in it and just the same blah blah nothing going on with more talk and no delivery.

It doesn't appear they know what they're doing... and with the recent/ongoing/upcoming cuts to government spending that is likely to impact the contracts.

I thought they are presently building two companies, Ameriguard Security Services and TransportUS. While I agree they don’t communicate much, I really don’t expect them to until they have something to say. No “pump” here for sure. Things take time if done right imo. I bet they surprise some people, at least I’m hoping.

This was my worst investment in history.  I truly thought these guys would be able to run and build a public company.  Far from it.  Not to mention, they don't seem to have a care in the world for their investors/shareholders 

This was a really long haul for those of us that were in since HRAA. I took a heavy beating, as did many, on the reverse split. I wish the best for all of us!

They would have added in the 3-6 cent range, which I am kicking myself for not doing. I talked myself out of it, as I was giving up on this stock. One of my many bad moves lol.

Maybe it’s people trying to lower their averages while price was low, anticipating it goes back up.

If it was an insider leak, the volume would be exponentially larger. I'm thinking that LG is being tight lipped, as he is in the security business. That doesn't preclude the fact that some of his employees may be seeing or hearing about additional contracts. Wishful thinking on my part maybe??

Do you think it could potentially be an insider considering the price has been fluctuating with this trend for the past few weeks? I'm hoping the bloom isn't off of the rose with the way this stock has been treated and handled since the reverse merger or even the QX uplisting...

The uptick in price recently bodes well for possible good news.
