Plus there have been warrant conversions going on regularly for last few months .
They need few hundred M from someone / some entity soon for the market to take them seriously .

Could be someone like you who had a gazillion shares waiting to see what happened and now that the person is not happy, they are dumping. Maybe they were hoping for a bigger pump. Maybe the company is waiting for them to sell to since that how they play the game here.

I'm not sure about big buys till we get the company's name changed. Hopefully soon we get another update. Everyone do your own DD

I'd prefer no buyout at all, but if there is one I certainly don't want it before our share price is well into double digits. It's not impossible for us to be at $10 or more this year, and that could get an offer that's roughly double the current price, but I'd love to see it go higher than that.
