It's not unAmerican or even depressing to say out loud that Bio tech/most sectors have exhausted a rally and over valued. It may continue to run but it would need a cure for every disease. Stop with the straight up story.

BIS - Watching for a break and close above the 50DMA (daily chart) at 14.93ish...

Looking for a run towards the 17.50's after that.

BIS - $14.70 area might be a good place to start buying in my opinion.

Looking for the long-awaited push back upwards.

The 13's have held as the bottom for 6 straight months now (including this month so far).

BIS could be at the bottom area for now.

Just my opinions.
