As far as I know..the only stated laws are for carrying and concealment. Those items were at his home. They were pictured though....and given the threats made(even if joke)....then they should have been confiscated. I don't think they will come into play.

I don’t have a strong view but I think nvax is still directed at jn1 while mrna vaccines have been updated to kp2 which is the predominant strain now. I recently got flu and pfe same day (nvax wasn’t an option) fwiw
