To put it in to perspective

$18k in professional fees is what an accountant might charge for a small business’s entire year

$18k in hours billed could be around 60 hours x $300/hr, and that’s just for the quarter

Ben loaned the company another 15 grand to cover those fees. We can assume there is a good possibility those were legal fees. A merger does make sense considering the zero revenue is not helping him get ANY of his money back that he loaned the company the past few years.

My issue is that this incredibly complex transaction was not planned. It was an, oh we messed up, we need to completely change our strategy. Right decision at the end of the day. Cost everyone a bunch in dilution. Biggest issue from my end is the loss of credibility of the management team.

I think Covid did one hell of a job with regards to lunacy. I also think social media companies are complete garbage..no matter if private or public. It's over priced/valued and I agree on the success long term...that's a no go..lol.

I know that. But the financials don't show them wasting money like other pinks. And using convertible debts to pay themselves back for questionable dining expenses. No. Can't have negative revenue. I was just saying MCIC financials are cleaner than most.
