They took the money and ran - look up Falcon Land Group. That was their previous “endeavour” that went no where with lots of promises. They left investors hanging no communication and then this popped up. Google it see for yourselves BUYER BEWARE.

No otc listing. Rosy did mention it was a possibility, but that was before the merger development so we'll have to wait and see. I would certainly expect a US listing for PUMP as Anthony Durkacz in my research so far seems very focused on accessing the US capital market.

I was told by IR over a month ago that "they believe they have identified all processing centers and now it's a matter of inking the deals". I know that Rosy and Leo have been traveling, and I assume that they have been busily working at negotiating/finalizing these relationships.

IR said the companies are different stages of the licensing process, but that the focus/goal was to partner with the right groups, such as Howard Goldman (GPI).

If you haven't looked into the GPI partner Howard Goldman, he's quite established in the industry. Was an early (large) investor in Canopy, and I believe still has strong connections there both directly with Bruce Linton and through Goldman Group. Goldman Group is contracted by Canopy to find production facilities for them; you can look that up and should, as some speculation can be drawn from it. Howard is also executive director at Molecular Science Corp. He is well connected and heavily invested into the industry.

If the company can find 5-7 more partners of the calibre of Mr. Goldman, they would have quite a portfolio. GPI alone will be a significant business, so I am quite anxious for the company to announce its licensing and finalization of the install. It will flex the muscles on all of Quadrons intellectual efforts.

GPI equipment sale is $4-6 million alone and while each of the several facilities might not be to the same scale, IR has stated that each one will be equipped with at least 1 Beast and 1 Boss on top of all the other supporting equipment. Equipment sales just to their Canadian JV facilities could be $15-25 million over the next 4-6 quarters depending on timing of buildouts. Tack on equipment sales to others, CCS revenue, ONA, and the equity build from all facilities and this is a steal here for sure.

No problem -- Doesn't mean it'll turn out to be true, but that's what I was told, and so far I have found IR to be reliable with their info. In this case, the licensing is out of Quadrons hands, but with the connections and legitimacy of both Rosy and Howard Goldman & the Goldman Family, I would hope they can get this licensing pushed through smoothly.

I was told by IR roughly 5 months ago that licensing would be 3 to 9 months, so it really could be any time now. Will be nice to see the GPI partnership inked into stone. It is a huge deal for the company, and I'm surprised the market is only learning about it now (other than a few of us who have been on it for several months). The GPI facility and throughput are obviously a big deal, however the partner himself might be as important as anything.

RE:Will Quadron follow in Valeans footsteps?
I spoke with Rosy Mondin and their plan for 2019 is to deploy 5-8 processing labs of their own all across the country.

They have a LOI with GPI that owns a 25000 sqft state of the art pharma grade facility. They are aquring 33.3% of the company and once they receive their licence they are grabbing another 12%, so they will own 45% of the lab or so. GPI is using all Quadrons extraction equipment as well, 5-6 million worth of equipment.

Between owning their own processing labs to selling outright equipment, to mobile labs to vape pens, to their own brands etc, you can kind of see where they are going and what the future looks like. Just have to sit and watch the company execute.

Starting to get some action, timing couldn’t be better. Let’s see what next week brings.

And away we go... The volume has been creeping up recently; still low, but increased on the average versus recent history, as it came to the climax of the 2 months long consolidation. And then someone hit the market with roughly a 500,000 share buy yesterday afternoon mid day to get the party started. That took out the last shares on the ask holding the line and it's basically blue sky territory now. Hard to say if the volume that followed was just eyeballs that were drawn to the ticker based on the volume and uptick, or if those buyers caught wind of something -- Likely the first, but we'll see. With the extractor sector getting so much tailwind lately, there's probably some profits rolling their way down the line and Quadron fit the role. However, I think that once the company executes the gameplan they'll be leaders, not laggards. Even after a 20% move we're only sitting at a 17 million cap. The leaders sit in the 250-300 million cap and are trending up. So... $1? 100 million cap? Catch-up to the leaders caps?

Agreed Dougivee, I see its potential and before buying knew it will not pay soo soon. Put my shares on the shelf and wait is my approach.

...think we have a winner here, but time is of the essence. Rosy likes to use the tortoise and hare analogy, with her strategy being the tortoise -- slow and steady, solidly built. In the long run, that will pay off. But... if the hare could get behind the tortoise and give a little push at least momentarily, it'd help.

Will Quadron follow in Valeans footsteps?

For me this comes down to if QCC is the next VGW (Valeans)...I do like Rosy (CEO) and Quadron and see it as a potential buyout option for junior LPs that need and want to get into the extraction business. The market cap here isn't that high considering the potential, but I find most "potential" based valuations in the sector aren't really getting respected by an increase to the SP. If Quadron slips at all from $0.18 I'm buying more. The recent NRs make it seem like people are exploring their options and they do like the plug-and-play BOSS system over the higher cost options out there. Most mid to smaller LPs don't want to hand this stuff off to a processor, they simply intend to integrate a smaller extraction operation into their company for the benefit of producing items that will eventually be for sale in Canada's legal cannabis system.

I would like to see Quadron contracted by an LP to handle their extraction needs, that would give me a better vibe around QCC, but when Valeans got their license, and then Canopy and Organigram it just took off. Here we are look at RTI same thing today 41% day on the back of getting their license. Anyone know where Quadron is in seeking a license to have their own extraction facilities licensed with Health Canada?

Also like the Quadron vape pen skews currently selling in the cali market, could interest potential buyers down the line as well. Vape pens will be a massive market once they're legal in Canada.

A lot of people are confused about Quadron and what they do....

For starters they have an agreement with GPI to own 33.3 % of their 25000 sqft pharma grade extraction facility in which they will be using all Quadrons equipment, a 5-6 million dollar setup. Once GPI receives their licence Quadron will own an additional 12% of the company. They want 5-8 extraction facilities setup across canada that they own and operate and white label. From there they will make agreements and deals with LPs to extract their cannabis.

2. Yes, they sell pieces of equipment seperately as well such as "the bos" which is a supercritical state of the art automated extraction machine which takes up a small footprint and only has 2 dryer sized plugs, setup and start up can literally be achieved in 6 hours. They also have an enthanol extraction machine for sale for the one off sales.

3. They sell and lease mobile labs as well to LPS that want a lab on wheels to show up to extract their product on site.

4. They sell their own ancilliary equipment, which does very well on it's own.

5. They sell Variable frequency drives and automation equipment to the oil & gas industries and mining and currently have a trial contract going on that can turn into a multi million dollar contract. This is done through one of their subsidiaries.

6. Rosy Mondin (The Ceo) is an all star and is well known in the space and has a ton of connections and very motivated and approachable.

So in other words, this company just does not simply sell one off extraction machines like many think. One of the most misunderstood undervalued cannabis related companies out there IMO.

Early stages, but I like this one over the long run. Market cap isn't out of control and they have revenue.

I expect some new news on progress before the end of the month based on the momentum and marketing they currently have, the current price won't be sustainable with out it. IMHO
