HRVSF: effective Oct. 5,2021 Harvest Health & Recreation Inc & Trulieve Cannabis Corp. have completed plan of arrangement, pursuant to which Trulieve acquired all of the issued and outstanding subordinate voting shares. Holders of Harvest Shares receive 0.1170 of a subordinate voting share of Trulieve for each subordinate voting share of Harvest.

so, 5000 x .1170 = 585
so, that would equal 585 shares of Trulieve"

Which is better long term strategy hold hrvsf , sell, or buy tcnnf at these lower prices in upper 30’s?
I only have 300 shares of hrvsf and 20 shares of tcnnf…about break even on both

and our Harvest shares will get converted and then we end up with the Trulieve ticker at their current pps, correct?

well our 'earnings report' needed to be better dub it the 'harvest earnings report of 2021'. (give me an early synopsis) got my second stimulus check a day or two ago and ready to (bet) load it on Harvest. There's probably another month before she changes. imo i think loading hrvsf at these prices will give more shrs at conversion time than buying tcnnf shares at the current time.

If I have 5k shares of HRVSF do I get 4.79 a share and then my stock is liquidated or will my shares convert into trulieve shares. Apha share holders got .80 of TLRY stock for every share owned.

So, all kinds of interest in this company in March now zip... Makes no sense so time to accumulate.

Couldn't copy the chart I like but I think we drop some more. RSI isn't oversold but headed that way. Aroon shows $ flowing the wrong way and force index is negative on low volume. I'm in @ $2.30... doubt it goes that low, again. Legit company specific news as opposed to sector fluff should send it the right direction.
