The true up is essentially being voted on at the ASM. The true up helps management maintain control of the company so that eventually the best deal for all can be negotiated. Getting longs to sell early is the key to forcing change of posession at way undervalued pricing

There still seem to be a large disconnect between the new guidelines (which reflect the changes last July) to the way you are policing the stock boards....many members are getting posts deleted and other restrictions for posting within the new guidelines...it seems the rules are enforced inconsistan
