My understanding it was shorted down to mark the strikes on the warrants lower. Crazy to think the market cap of this company is a million bucks and they will be profitable later this year if things hold.

Confidence had nothing to do with it. Yorkville literally could not lose with the original agreement. They relentlessly sold shares to the tune of an 80% paper loss, so far, for shareholders.

People trying to get in before the catalysts, and there are very few shares available at this price.

Convertible notes are more than $1M and right now lowest rate for conversion is .0007
It will come out approximately 1.5B shares.
Already have 7B A/S which are maxed out.
New shares will take this 8.5B and I am expecting they will increase 10B A/S
