UBC Media Group announces three-year deal to supply radio services to Gala Group
                                    Limited

UBC Media Group plc is pleased to announce that its facilities and services
division, trading as Unique Facilities (UFL), has signed a deal to provide a
range of radio services to Gala Group Limited (Gala) across its 193 sites
throughout the UK.

Following a successful five-year working relationship, Gala has re-commissioned
UFL to provide the in-club audio service for its extensive chain of bingo clubs
in the UK for a further three years. The Radio Gala service is a mix of classic
music tracks spanning the last 5 decades. The service also includes Gala's
marketing activity and advertising messages to compliment Gala's current in-club
promotions.

The service is run from locally based hard disc playout systems in each club,
which are updated regularly with fresh, relevant audio and new music to maintain
its originality. UFL is responsible for all aspects of the service including
the music policy, scheduling of playlists and promotions as well as production
of all the promotional messages. UFL also provides Gala with bespoke music
composition services such as a sonic identity for its new linked party bingo
game, "Party Max" and a similar audio service to Radio Gala throughout Gala's
chain of casinos.

Commenting on the deal, Gala's Group Sales & Marketing Director, Richard Sowerby
said, "UFL continue to provide Gala with an excellent service and it is
testament to this that they have been recommissioned for the in-club audio
service over the next three years."

Simon Cole, CEO of UBC said, "Radio Services is one of the cash generative parts
of our business which has allowed us to invest so successfully for the future.
The renewal of this contract for such a lengthy period should show investors
that our core business continues to build strong customer relationships and that
its management is focused on delivering cashflow to the group."
