I have no idea. I've been looking for a filing, there is none. Usually when something like that happens its for a min financial requirement that hasnt been meet or some legal structure reasoning.

The stock is now down 38% and halted again. Looks like people are realizing they are no where near commercialization. EDIT - just reopened again and now down 48%.

$KEGS’ market cap is barely more than $1 million. The only potential downside is the upcoming 1:1000 reverse split, but even that could work out with the very low market cap.
