My guess is these guys aren't a pnd. They're legit. The price will slowly build a support above 2 cents and remain there. @ $38M valuation, we can multiply that by 4 to get MC. We'll see a dime at some point, but support will stay above 2 cents.

ILST 15d 30min chart~~~ HoldEm; I see it, follow the MA(200)! With 30min time slices the MA(200) is equal to 14 days.
~~~ I remember Clay Trader used the 30min charts very effectively.

Nice chart… I always love your charts. Do a 30min chart for us if time allows. Looks like it’s sideways to the 200 “imo” and possibly a reset below. Still nice comfortable gains for those who bought bottom selling it down to there. Jmho. It’s still riding the upper trendline down

ILST 120min chart~~~ We have been losing & testing support for the last 5 days. Today we bounced off the MA(50) two hour interval and are close to revisiting our 50% retracement telling us there is profit taking where Position Traders are adjusting their core positions for the long haul.... or a catalyst. Normal consolidation after a big run, accumulate on the minor lows until the flush is over.
~~~ Note our favorite shorting tool has flipped to a bull PSAR since Monday warning the shorts to take cover positions.

is like buying $IGPK at a 10x cheaper price since float is the same.

It only took 3 days for $IGPK to hit $0.0050 from $0.0014 on a news.
