A 70% Strike Rate

Portfolio Review January – May 2018

OMG! we love small caps, so much so we do not like selling them!  Well certainly not too early.

 

This is because we are in for the Material Gain not just for a trading profit.  We look for companies with outstanding potential for short, medium and long growth…  which is the essence of small cap investment it  is for you to trade them according to your disposition and  changing circumstances.

 

The small cap marco-economic background is benign with the Aim All Share up 14.6% over the last 12 months, while the FTSE 100 has improved by a more sedate 7.3%.

 

It is therefore with some pride of achievement that the OMG team can report a 14.94% gain in our recommendations for the five months to May 2018, which roughly annualised would be more than 30%.  A Key Performance Indicator worth noting is that there is a 70% Strike Rate that is 14 of the 20 companies have increased since our recommendation.
