Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. today announced that Phillip Enochs, CFA, has joined the company as an executive managing director and global head of business development.

Enochs, who also joins the firm’s Executive Committee, will be responsible for institutional distribution strategies, business development, marketing, and client service for the firm, which had $12.2 billion of assets under management as of March 31, 2024. He reports to David D. Grumhaus, Jr., president and chief investment officer of Duff & Phelps.

Duff & Phelps manages listed real asset strategies including real estate, infrastructure, utilities, energy, and water, and conducts deep bottom-up fundamental analysis to create client portfolios.

Enochs has worked in the investment industry since 1993. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, he was head of institutional business for the Americas at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where his team served more than 1,200 clients with more than $75 billion in assets under management. Previously, he was responsible for sales, service, and marketing for the U.S. institutional and intermediary channels at BMO Global Asset Management. He has also held senior positions at Wilshire Associates and Russell Investments.

He holds a B.S. in accounting, magna cum laude, from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned a Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and a Certified Public Accountant designation. Enochs serves as a member of the Illinois Council of Feed My Starving Children, a nonprofit organization that provides meals to undernourished children in countries around the world.
