California

they have completed 450 units of affordable living in California in light of the state's Homekey
initiative to grow housing options for the unhoused.

The statewide effort aims to expand housing for persons
experiencing homelessness, or at risk of housing insecurity, by
creating permanent or interim housing options through the
development or renovation of hotels, motels, vacant apartment

- Hillview Court Phase II, Milpitas,
Calif. - 134 units
These developments are expected to increase the amount of
affordable housing in the area, helping many individuals meet their
basic needs without compromising on quality.
