Learn how to read the data. There is nothing to learn here other than how the CEO's of these OTC's manipulate shareholders. When only a hand full of CEO's in a sea of over 10,000 OTC companies has good intentions, then there's something blatantly wrong with the system. It affects only small retail, so FINRA/SEC could care less, and the rules don't change.

What I find comical is the praise the outgoing CEO got from the "interim" CEO.

Yet.........she negated everything that was done.....slash funds to a project they pumped just weeks ago, add to the O/S, cancel mergers.

Yet we are to thank her for her excellent stewardship...............sounds to me that she was a f''k up.

Interim CEO's don't take drastic measures like this.........only incompetent CEO's that have no balls to do it and get someone else to do it. Mark my words, Melton will be back once all these measures are complete citing the "interims'" amazing stewardship in taking drastic measures to right this ship.
