Jackson Healthcare®, a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, today announced the promotion of Patrick Russell to chief accounting officer. In this role, he leads accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and payroll initiatives and programs that support controllers working across the enterprise. Patrick also collaborates on technology implementations and consults on investments and acquisitions to ensure alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.

Since joining the business in 2019, Patrick has enhanced the structure and leadership framework of the organization’s accounting department. His leadership has also been instrumental in implementing a robust enterprise resource planning solution across the organization.

Patrick brings more than 15 years of staffing industry experience to his position, having held leadership roles at Impellam Group and Randstad USA, among other companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, received his CPA license and started his career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse.

Patrick is actively involved in the community through several faith-based boy’s and men’s ministries and enjoys serving through Habitat for Humanity and providing meals for the homeless.
