PureCircle, the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces that it was notified on 20 November 2015 that Jordi Ferre, a PDMR, sold 50,715 ordinary shares of US 0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at US$6.3199 (approximately GBP4.1548) per Ordinary Share on 18 November 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Ferre's beneficial shareholding in the Company is 62,235 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
