TR1 NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST
ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and
development company, announces that it has received a TR-1 by
Lanstead Capital LP ("Lanstead"). Lanstead's holding in ImmuPharma
is now confirmed at a total of 7,421,555 Ordinary Shares which
equates to a current position in the Company of 5.95% of the
124,638,362 total voting rights.
