New Zealand Debt Management Office Launches April 15, 2027 Nominal Bond

WELLINGTON, New Zealand--The New Zealand Debt Management Office
announced the launch of a new 4.5% coupon April 15, 2027 nominal
bond by way of syndication.
The NZ DMO will issue 1 billion-2 billion New Zealand dollars
(US$876 million-US$1.75 billion)of bonds and the initial price
guidance is 21 to 25 basis points over the New Zealand April 15,
2023 nominal bond.
The issue is expected to price Wednesday and further issuance of
the new 2027 nominal bond won't occur before September. ANZ Bank
New Zealand, Bank of New Zealand, Deutsche Bank AG (New Zealand
branch) and UBS AG (Australia branch) are joint lead managers for
the issue.
