Extending previous session's downtrend, the US dollar reached 0.9863 against its Canadian counterpart around 3:10 am ET Wednesday, its lowest level since March 19. The greenback-loonie pair is presently worth 0.9865 with 0.9850 seen as the next likely support level in the near-term.
