practices and advanced communication management solutions that help
health care organizations drive patient and plan member engagement,
increase revenues, and reduce costs at the World Health Care Congress,
April 16-18, in Washington, DC.

organizations can manage industry-specific regulations while reducing
their undeliverable mail in the following session: “Proactive Approach
to Managing Undeliverable Mail".

paper, “Health Payer Consumer Communications: Strategies for
