Unilever N.V. (UL) has begun shopping its Ragu pasta-sauce brand
and has hired Morgan Stanley (MS) to handle the process, Bloomberg

the matter.
Unliver is looking to fetch up to $2 billion for the business,
two people told Bloomberg, with H.J. Heinz Co. among the potential
suitors contacted.
Spokesmen for Unilever and H.J. Heinz declined comment to
Bloomberg and a spokesman for Morgan Stanley didn't immediately
respond to a request for comment.
