Marissa Webb is stepping down as executive vice president and creative director of Gap Inc.'s (GPS) Banana Republic division, Women's Wear Daily reported Thursday.

Ms. Webb will be a creative adviser to Banana Republic, according to the report.

Gap continues to hold a minority stake in Ms. Webb's own collection business, Women's Wear Daily reported.
