Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of First Horizon National Corporation will be held at the First Tennessee Building, M-Level Auditorium, 165 Madison Avenue, Memphis, TN on April 28, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Central time.
