AutoZone Announces Organizational Changes

AutoZone, Inc. (NYSE:AZO) today announced the following
organizational changes, effective immediately:
Phil Daniele, Vice President,
Commercial Support, promoted to Senior Vice President,
Commercial
Bill Hackney, Vice President,
Merchandise Pricing & Analysis, promoted to Senior Vice
President, Merchandising
Jim Griffith, Vice President, Store
Development promoted to Senior Vice President, Store Operations
Rod Halsell, Vice President,
Distribution promoted to Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
"Each of these AutoZoners has worked in multiple areas across
the Company which has provided them with a wealth of knowledge.
Additionally, they each have a minimum of 22 years of AutoZone
experience so they have a deep understanding of our culture,
customers and businesses," said Bill Rhodes, Chairman, President
and Chief Executive Officer. "We are fortunate to have them as part
of our senior leadership team."
