Yen Slides After Domestic CGPI And Tertiary Industry Index Data

Following the release of Japan's April numbers for tertiary industry index as well as May data for its domestic corporate goods price index, the yen edged down against major opponents during early Asian deals on Tuesday. The report said that the domestic corporate goods price index for May decreased 0.4 percent on month and 0.5 percent on year.

Presently, the yen is worth 82.41 against the franc, 122.84 versus the pound, 79.31 against the dollar and 98.97 versus the euro.
